I’ve got another sweaty #twentyminutetuesday workout for you today using only 2 kettlebells!⠀

For today’s workout, you’ll want to perform each exercise for 40 seconds and rest 20 seconds between each exercise. ⠀

Once you have completed each exercise, repeat the circuit for a total of 4 times through. For a challenge, try for 5-6 rounds!⠀

I love hotel gyms that actually have a decent space to get in a good workout! Grab a pair of dumbbells and try this workout!⁠⠀

TIP 👉🏻 If you can easily do the last 2-3 reps you need to lift HEAVIER. Grab a heavier set of weights for the remaining sets. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
✨ Goblet Squats | 3 x 15 - Keep feet shoulder width apart, and sit back until your hips break parallel (look in a mirror if you are unsure). Squeeze your glutes on the way up.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
✨ Straight Leg Deadlifts | 3 x 15 -  Keep your legs straight, and push back with your butt. Go as low your hamstring flexibility allows (around mid shin).⁠⠀
⁠⠀
✨ Feet Elevated Glute Bridge | 3 x 15 - Press feet into the bench and lift your body while keeping your glutes tight (squeeze as hard as you can). Keep arms at your sides for support.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
✨ Chest Flys | 3 x 10-12 - Hold weights above your chest and lower out to the sides keeping your elbows slightly bent and bring back to starting position.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
✨ Bent Over Single Arm Row | 3 x 10/side - Place same hand and knee on the bench. With the weight in opposite hand pull the weight straight up (keeping elbow bent) and squeezing your shoulder blade. Remember to pull the weight with your back not your arms.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
✨ Standing Shoulder Press | 3 x 10-12 - Stand with feet staggered for more balance. Keep your head straight and avoid pushing your head forward throughout the movement⁠⠀

✨ Roman Chair Leg Raises | 3 x 15 - Try and keep legs straight throughout the movement, if you need to bend your legs for the last few reps.⁠⠀

✔️Come up with a plan of how you want to move forward. Can you fit in a shorter workout later? Can you make this day your rest day instead of Sunday?⠀

It’s times like these where things happen that are out of your control that you can use as a learning experience, rather than a time to feel angry and beat yourself up over. ⠀

😋It’s literally just a meal timing strategy that will make creating a calorie deficit easier.. That’s what it is. Nothing more, nothing less. Yes, there are some other benefits to it but the main use should be to create a deficit.

For me personally I’ve found that an 8 hour eating window works best for me. For others an 6 hour or 10 hour eating window might work better. Choose whatever time frame that works for you and run with it! People telling you, “you’re only allowed to have a 6 hour eating window” refer to IF as some magical thing. That’s not how I want to use it. It’s just a meal timing strategy. Choose a timeframe that works for you!!

Also, I like have my last meal 2 hour before I go to bed so I don’t wake up starving, this helps me in adhering to not eating in the morning better.

I've had many people tell me that they've been in a calorie deficit and have been eating healthy, yet they still struggle to lose fat.

Although, after some careful scrutiny, I notice that these individuals are inconsistent with their diet as soon as the weekend strikes.

Just because you've been eating well throughout the week, does not excuse you from doing the same on the weekends.

Calories on the weekends still count! When you go out for drinks here and there, celebrate a superbowl win with some wings, and order an XL pizza combo Sunday night, the calories slowly but surely add up.

Now, does this mean you should stop going out to eat with your friends? Of course not! It just means that you need to be mindful of what you're eating and try your best to adhere to your total daily calorie intake target. And remember that even if you go off track one day, it's nothing to worry about; just get right back on track the following day.

Just keep in mind that in order to successfully lose fat, you will need to be consistent with your diet. So watch out for those sneaky weekend calories!

Time to travel home from America. What an EPIC trip, I've been inspired, empowered, provided with new skills and celebrated.

Whilst all that has been amazing, it's the underlying message that is SO clear now. 
None of this is about me.

I'm not here to flaunt my life at you in fancy processed pictures, nor to be someone you compare yourself to in terms of health and fitness.

I am here to be real, to show you what's possible when we feel like giving up, that you can turn that bad day around, that despite the fact you work a 14hour shift for the labour of others you can still find time to look after yourself!

I'm here to be the proof that when you do commit to yourself, you can achieve great things, you can do that workout, you can change your mindset, you can CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

Never feel alone with those things you want to change, you wouldn't believe the community that's available to you!

This pizza is not only easy and DELICIOUS it’s also under 400 calories🙀🙌🏻

For the crockpot BBQ pulled chicken swipe right➡️

Pizza 🍕 ⬇️

Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray and place flat out crust on there.

Set oven to broil and place in the oven (watch carefully) until you see crust lightly browning then remove.
I like a crispy crust which is why I do this step🤗

Turn the oven off take the crust out and flip it over.

While assembling the pizza set your oven to 350 F.
.
Now assemble the toppings in this order👇🏻

1 serving G Hughes sugar free bbq sauce as the sauce.
28 grams reduced fat shredded mozzarella
3 ounces shredded bbq chicken
Diced red onion
Banana peppers
14 grams reduced fat shredded mozzarella

Place in the oven and take out when the cheese has melted and crust is at your desired crispiness.

Drizzle @bolthousefarms ranch dressing on top, chopped cilantro and enjoy!

Unfortunately I can’t give you the amazing underdog verdict we all wanted. Sometimes in life something can mean so much to you you fail. You let your mind take over and it wins. You see all the time athletes going to olympics and falling. Is it just meant to be as easy as getting it first time. I’ll tell you a secret I haven’t gotten anything in my life first time. I usually show up not fully prepared and I get full blown punched in my mouth. I’m disappointed and extremely proud with myself today. I let myself down, but most importantly I didn’t quit. I did 91 sit-ups instead of 50. I managed to chuck the 1 below the heaviest weight above my head being 5 ft 1 🤣. Jerry can walks and kettlebells aren’t the same thing. Never ever ever practice with some fucking kettlebells. Buy some Jerry cans and fill them up! Do not underestimate the difference!!! I’m on the maybe list to redo the assessment day in 2 weeks. I’m not sure whether it’s a definite, but we will see what happens. All I know is last year I didn’t believe I was worthy to go on a tv show. This year I believed I was worthy and got my shot. I’m 27 years old and I will not quit until I fucking win at my goals. If @davidgoggins can do hell week 3 times and attempt the pull up record 3 times then it’s fucking good enough for me too!

This is another format I use in my classes quite often. Move A is a combo move and you hold for 60 seconds. Move B is a simple move and you hold for 30 seconds. Superset move A and B for 3 rounds (4 1/2 minutes) Then rest 1 minute. Repeat for sets 2 and 3. Then repeat from the top. You’ll be sweaty and done in 33 minutes. 👊🏼
