How to get a 6 pack like an ancient greek WARRIOR?
Your answer awaits! (For those that don't know, Achillies was the elite fighter back in the day, Brad Pitt also played him in the old movie Troy! I am 20 okay, that's like a dinosaur...)
Anyways here is how to get a six pack in 3 simple steps:
1. In order for your abs to show you need to be lean, you get lean by eating in a caloric deficit which means you have to be burning more calories than you consume! A good caloric deficit is your bodyweight in pounds multiplied by 10! For example 200×10=2000 calories! Make sure you eat 0.8-1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight for optimal GAINS!
2. You guessed it you need to do ab exercises!(OMG Mason, I can't believe this, I need to do ab exercises to get abs like an ancient greek god...((Rolls eyes))) Here are some good ones! Weighted decline crunches with a plate, dumbell or kettlebell! Weighted hanging knee raises! Hanging leg raises are fun too! Bicycles, they work the obliques really well! Planks are also AWESOME!
3. Sleep is IMPORTANT 8-9 hours for optimal recovery, tesosterone(if you are a natty like me) and optimal human growth hormone levels for maximum GAINS!
Bonus tip because I am still learning how to count in my 2 decades on earth!
4. Doing compound movements indirectly works abs! In order to do compound movements, you have to stabilize your abs! Compound movements are movements like bench, squat, deadlift, row... You get the point?
