This DB workout hits all three heads of the shoulder - anterior, medial and posterior. NEVER swing the weights or use momentum while lifting. C'est la deuxième fois de ma vie que je m'aventure sur le territoire des 90kg (89 sur la photo).

C'est par contre la première fois que je fais attention aux détails !

👉 Total calorique.
💡En période de surplus on a tendance à laisser tomber le "tracking".
❌ C'est une GROSSE ERREUR.

👉 Répartition des macronutriments.
💡 Alors qu'il est BEAUCOUP plus simple d'atteindre son objectif calorique avec un régime riche en lipides, plus j'ai de glucides, mieux mon physique se porte.

👉 La digestion.
💡 Quand tu manges BEAUCOUP, il est PRIMORDIAL de trouver des aliments que tu digères facilement.
☝️ Des entrainements avec le ventre trop balloné et c'est votre progression que vous reniez.

👉 Gestion de la fatigue et donc aptitude à faire BEAUCOUP.
💡 Bon, ça c'est moins nouveau (🤓), mais ça mérite d'être re-mentionné.

Life stress and global fatigue.
•
I’ve never before really felt the effects of life stress on my ability to recover from fatigue from lifting, but I’m really feeling it currently.
•
In my last 4 weeks of university before my last semester and I’m really feeling the fatigue of working 9-8pm daily.
•
In times like these all you can do is manage fatigue by making sure to keep strict to your progression scheme and making sure to NOT sacrifice on sleep. If the work you’re doing is highly intellectual and you are ranked on how well you do, you need to make up for your increased fatigue not your lack of time.
•
Strategic use of stimulants such as caffiene is probably also a fantastic idea, for instance keeping stimulants relatively low around workouts for now to keep them high during study periods.
•
But it depends on your priorities and commitments, for me I can let hypertrophy sit on the back burner for 3-4 weeks while I pursue academia.
•
Just waiting out my time until I can pursue a masters in exercise science 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Tal ves no sea hoy o mañana pero en algun momento el cuerpo se cansa de soportar tanto y vienen las molestias, lesiones y malos ratos. 
Deja el ego, arregla tu tecnica y tu cuerpo te lo agradecera.
Tecnica, consistencia y luego peso es la formula. 
Levantar grandes pesos a pesar de la forma solo impresiona a algunos. Pero levantar grandes pesos con buena tecnica es algo que todo mundo admira.

➡️El alcohol, además de estar relacionado con múltiples enfermedades (7 tipos distintos de cáncer entre ellas) también está muy vinculado a las lesiones y el dolor articular. El etanol, componente del alcohol, es tóxico para nuestro organismo y daña las membranas celulares.
.
🔎El alcohol produce en nuestras articulaciones pérdida de cartílago, lo que provoca que los huesos se rocen entre sí mientras nos movemos. Los huesos ejercen una presión que deriva en dolor articular, y ésto se relaciona con patologías como osteoartritis, sinovitis, inflamación articular, artritis...

👉🏻Además, la compresión de las epífisis (extremo de los huesos) provoca un suministro inadecuado de sangre al cuerpo. El hueso no recibe la nutrición y oxígeno necesarios, lo que provoca la muerte del tejido óseo y una necrosis aséptica (básicamente, que el hueso se desintegra) que en unos pocos años puede dejar una articulación completamente inútil.

😒Y lo siento, pero en mi opinión no hay consumo seguro o moderado de alcohol, y más en esta sociedad donde por alguna razón desconocida su consumo está bien visto. Bebe lo mínimo posible, y si es nada, mejor.

➡️El alcohol, además de estar relacionado con múltiples enfermedades (7 tipos distintos de cáncer entre ellas) también está muy vinculado a las lesiones y el dolor articular. El etanol, componente del alcohol, es tóxico para nuestro organismo y daña las membranas celulares.

🔎El alcohol produce en nuestras articulaciones pérdida de cartílago, lo que provoca que los huesos se rocen entre sí mientras nos movemos. Los huesos ejercen una presión que deriva en dolor articular, y ésto se relaciona con patologías como osteoartritis, sinovitis, inflamación articular, artritis...

👉🏻Además, la compresión de las epífisis (extremo de los huesos) provoca un suministro inadecuado de sangre al cuerpo. El hueso no recibe la nutrición y oxígeno necesarios, lo que provoca la muerte del tejido óseo y una necrosis aséptica (básicamente, que el hueso se desintegra) que en unos pocos años puede dejar una articulación completamente inútil.

😒Y lo siento, pero en mi opinión no hay consumo seguro o moderado de alcohol, y más en esta sociedad donde por alguna razón desconocida su consumo está bien visto. Bebe lo mínimo posible, y si es nada, mejor.

Cuando le pones mucho peso a la barra con mala tecnica en algun momento algo saldra mal. 
Tal ves no sea hoy o mañana pero en algun momento el cuerpo se cansa de soportar tanto y vienen las molestias, lesiones y malos ratos. 
Deja el ego, arregla tu tecnica y tu cuerpo te lo agradecera.
Tecnica, consistencia y luego peso es la formula. 
Levantar grandes pesos a pesar de la forma solo impresiona a algunos. Pero levantar grandes pesos con buena tecnica es algo que todo mundo admira.

And that sets makes 10,000 swings in 30 days. After focusing on heavy lifting and hitting PRs on all 4 of my main lifts just a few months ago, I was feeling a little slow.  So, I spent the last 30 days focusing on conditioning, doing at least 300 kettlebell swings each day, 5 miles on the Air Bike/ Assault Bike most days, and a few KB squats here and there.  It was quick and efficient, and I really enjoyed doing something different for a month. 🙂
