👉 learning how to roll in this drill, is a quick way to switch on your core without haven’t to really think about how to do it, just roll.
👉start by laying on your back, arms above your head, and use nothing but your lower body to turn over.
👉 then completely relax your lower back and using nothing but your upper body to roll over.
👍 REALLY simple to do but the trick for making it work is only using one half of the body while the other becomes limp.
