I know I’ve mentioned I’m the laziest cook ever. Here is another example. Training six clients today and have a practical exam student tonight. Need quick and easy today. Which is why I always stick the fridge and pantry with this stuff. The chicken is so good 16g of protein for the whole can! Balanced meal!!

Just here to give a little update! I’m feeling pretty good! It’s day two and I do have some pain but nothing too serious. Definitely some discomfort for sure. Feeling it more today than I did yesterday.

I’m already ITCHING to be in the gym lol this is going to be a long process. In the meantime, we’re going for walks around the dining room table and doing some wall sits 😂 Also keeping my nutrition nice and tight. Low carb, moderate fat and high protein. I’m doing a FDOE on my story for what my food will look like for a while! Check it out!

When was the last time you made a change out of love for yourself instead of hate?

We often think of self love as loving how we look and feel. Instead, we should learn to feel g r o u n d e d in our worth, purpose, and who we are inside, despite how we look and feel. You can’t hate yourself into loving yourself.

We spend so much time focusing on the things that we want to change about our bodies and lose sight of the amazing characteristics we DO have that aren’t just our appearances. What if, instead, we looked at our reflection in the mirror and LOVED every bit of who we are rather than criticizing it? What if we stopped spending so much time obsessing over our appearance and what might be ‘wrong’ and started loving the skin we are in?

It’s understandable to feel like you are 'not enough'. With all the highlight reels we see on the Internet these days, the ‘no filters’, fitspo-ers, etc it’s hard to feel like we’re  enough, right? Well.. Any account, person, or ‘fitspo’-er who makes you feel that way or tells you that you need to look a certain way can get a big ole’ unfollow.

Struggle with self love? ⤵️

-Grab a journal. Write down some things you love about yourself.
-Practice gratitude.
-Delete social media accounts that cause you to play the comparison game.
-Write yourself daily affirmations.
-Give voice to the things you love about yourself. Often.
-Do more things that bring you & your body peace + happiness.
-Surround yourself with people who lift you up.

You are beautiful the way you are TODAY. God made you exactly how you were supposed to be. You’re worthy enough before you lose weight or when you reach x goal. We are supposed to love our neighbors, our friends, our family, our colleagues. But what good is that if we’re not loving ourselves, first? We carry so much love in our hearts. We can’t forget to give some to ourselves♥️

This meal was amazing. Just that, AMA-ZING😛😍 Seriously tho I swear I made this sauce with only 5 ingredients!!!! It has plain Greek yogurt, lime juice, fresh cilantro, garlic and green onions all blended together and holy fucking shit you guys it was HEAVENLY plz do yourself a favor and make this sauce you will not regret it!!! Prob good on other stuff too but on this salmon I was fuckin in dreamland😍😍😍 Eating healthy is tough I do agree but when you find a gem like this tasty sauce you can make veggies and rice taste SO GOOD. If you know me I'm aaalllllll about the sauce 🤤🤣 I mean cmon look at dat DRIZZLE!!! Dry foods a no-no!!!! Eat good and feel good and be happy! „Na lačno vypij 1 sklenici teplé vody s citronem, tvá pleť omládne, vyčistí se ti krev a rozhýbeš na plné pecky metabolismus.“
‼️Nenenene, stop‼️
👉Za prvé, tělu je jedno jestli ho nalijete vodou s citronem nebo čistou vodou. Citron vás nespasí a už vůbec nepomůže hubnutí a čistění krve! (Na to máme takové játra.. ano, játra, ne citron..)
👉To, že pomáhá trávení, není úplně pravda, naopak se vám ,může klidně po pozření kyseliny citronové udělat nevolno/bolet vás břicho..
👉Jediné co, dostanete do sebe o trochu více vitaminu C (který ale taky není takovou spásou, jako si mnozí myslí,..) a hlavně vám ochutí vodu, takže lidem, co čistá voda nechutná, to může pomoct v pitném režimu.
👉Dobrá hydratace může zlepšit funkci mitochondrií v buňkách, tím pádem může dojít k tzv. „urychlení metabolismu“ a proto je také důležité pít! Tělo NESMÍ být DEHYDRATOVANÉ! Pak i hubnutí půjde těžko.. Proto pijme, pijme pijme! (Vodu čistou, jo? :D)
👉Hlavně nechápu, jak došlo k úniku informace, že voda by se měla pít především teplá.. Jako i z logického uvažování si snad řeknu, že studená voda přece výdej těla zvýší mnohem více, než teplá voda, jelikož tělo vodu bude muset ohřát, tedy vynaložit určitou energii na zahřátí.. Takže tohle mi hlava nebere :D (Každopádně jsou to fakt malé čísla kalorií, pijte vodu vlažnou, studenou, horkou,.. jakou chcete...)
👉Věřte mi, vždy bude nejhlavnější, kolik toho do pusy dáte, než kolik toho vypijete. A jestli si někdo myslí, že když bude jíst hodně, bude v kalorickém nadbytku a bude pít každé ráno litr vody s citronem, protože si to přečetl, bude hubnout, se příšerně mýlí.
👉Místo vymýšlení blbostí a toho, jak obejít kalorický deficit, si jděte zacvičit nebo se projít na čerstvý vzduch, protože ten podporuje „pročištění mozku" a myšlení 😂😂😂

On parle souvent d’environnement propice à l’entraînement, une bonne salle, un bon matériel, un partenaire d’entraînement etc... mais est-ce que votre façon de vous habiller vous préoccupe tout autant ? Parce que moi oui 🤓

A mes débuts je me souviens porter des vêtements très très près du corps, je m’entraînais uniquement dans des vêtements de « sport » pour paraître bien. Puis plus les années ont passé plus je me suis dirigé vers des vêtements de plus en plus ample pour au final être le plus confortable possible #papystyle 
Et vous ? Quel est votre style préféré pour aller à la salle ? ✌🏻

1) I don’t track my macro intake 🤷🏻‍♀️
2) I don’t eat to meet macros 
3) I eat intuitively (eat when hungry, stop when I’m full 
4) I don’t eat processed food or use artificial sweeteners —————————————————————— I’ve been doing Keto for 3 years. I know what foods to eat and what not to eat. I don’t track macros because that’s not what I like to do, it becomes too obsessive for me. —————————————————————— I eat good Keto approved food and I workout to suffice my food intake. I fell off Keto for about 6 or so months. It has been 2 weeks since I have been back on my normal Keto grind and I feel amazing. Let me explain why: —————————————————————— 1) I don’t feel constant hunger from eating bad carbs and not good Whole Foods/healthy fats 
2) I can tell inflammation is down in my body and especially my face 
3) my migraines have lessened 
4) overall I feel happier and more energetic —————————————————————— This goes to say though that just because I enjoy this lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to do it this is my personal preference.

Zucchini fries and pizza sauce 😋
A little afternoon snack 👌🏻
•soak zucchini in egg whites for 10 min
•in mixing bowl add breadcrumbs, EBTB seasoning and some garlic parm kernel seasoning
•toss the zucchini around in the bowl
•air fryer at 379 for about 12-15 min
MACROS: 7P/23C/1F 131 calories
(Also had a light string cheese stick for a little more protein)

Ello 👋🏻 so some of y’all asked me to share the info in my story and since it’s something that’s asked pretty often I’ll just make it an actual post so that y’all can refer back to it whenever. 
The most common question I get (besides what’s the secret—there isn’t one) is about my diet and how I lean out and stuff. I follow a flexible dieting approach. I choose to count my macronutrients because I like ALL foods so counting gives me a lot more flexibility. I try (keyword try) to follow an 80/20 approach. So 80% nutrient dense foods and 20% whatevuh I’m craving... if it fits my macros (IIFYM) 
Macronutrients are protein, fat and carbs. Carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram while fats have 9 so you’re able to fit higher volumes of carbs and protein for less calories than fats. 
How to find your macros: 
BW (body weight) x 14-16 = maintenance calories 
This is a range and you’re gonna multiply your BW by a number within that range depending on how active you are. I usually go for 14.5 since I’m pretty sedentary day-to-day. 
At this point, decide whether you’re remaining at maintenance, cutting or bulking. For a cut, drop the calories by 200-500 and for a bulk up them by the same. 
The rule of thumb for protein intake is anywhere between 0.8-1.2 ish grams x BW. Usually people do 1g when weight lifting (I do 1g) 
Fats: 0.35-0.45x BW also a range depending on how much fat you like in your diet. 
The rest of the calories are your carbs 😍

Keep in mind that your body is a fat storing machine. So cutting is actual hell. Your hormones WILL be crazy. The more aggressive the cut, the worse they’ll be and you risk messing up your metabolism. For women, anything below 12% ish body fat is not healthy or sustainable so keep that in mind. I’m fully aware of this so this is a short term thing. Also I don’t plan on dropping below 15%. Currently at a solid 17% and it won’t budge 😂 but we thriving here. Hablemos de las lesiones .
Algunos llegan a decir qué lesionarse es una parte del camino de volverse fuerte. Ciertamente no estoy deacuerdo con esto, ya que en la mayoría de las ocasiones son evitables. Sin embargo, una vez que se presentan no queda más que tratarlas. .
Hace unos meses, sin previo aviso sufrí de un pinzamiento de cadera (pinzamiento femoroacetabular). Dicha lesión me imposibilitó por unos meses hacer cualquier movimiento qué involucrará una gran cantidad de movimiento de cadera. Por ejemplo, cualquier movimiento con un patrón similar a la sentadilla. .
Ahora he vuelto a ellas (este es mi tercer entrenamiento). Las puedo realizar sin ningún dolor o incomodidad. .
Así que, con lo aprendido a lo largo de estos meses de lesión me he decidido a compartirles que hacer para evitar una lesión y como sobrellevarlas cuando se presentan (próximo post). .
Las lesiones del entrenamiento de fuerza en su mayoría se dan por un uso excesivo de las articulaciones [Justin W. & Paul W. 2017]. Así que, una gran forma de evitarlas es variando nuestros ejercicios en forma periódica. Esto puede ser tan fácil como cambiar la posición de las manos o pies, incluso el ángulo del ejercicio. Cambiar el ejercicio por otro totalmente diferente también es una opción valida. Especialmente, si solo entrenas con el objetivo de verte mejor, ya que no hay ningún ejercicio que sea clave para lograr un buen físico. .
Otro consideración es tener una técnica adecuada en los ejercicios. No hay ejercicio que sea inherentemente lesivo, la ejecución es la que conlleva el riesgo de lesión. Por lo cual siempre cerciorarte de realizar bien tus ejercicios. .
Para mejorar tu técnica puedes ver videos en youtube (Los videos tutoriales de @jeffnippard y @untamedstrength son muy buenos), lee el libro de starting strenght y/o contrata a un entrenador. Ademas, puedes grabar la ejecución de tus ejercicios para analizar por ti mismo tu técnica. .
Es importante que conozcas que la retroalimentación visual (ver videos) y la visualización (imaginarte haciendo el ejercicio) son tan fuertes que pueden llevarte a mejorar tu técnica de ejercicio sin ni siquiera realizarlo [Julie D. et al. 2011]

Por ejemplo, cualquier movimiento con un patrón similar a la sentadilla. .
Ahora he vuelto a ellas (este es mi tercer entrenamiento). Las puedo realizar sin ningún dolor o incomodidad. .
Así que, con lo aprendido a lo largo de estos meses de lesión me he decidido a compartirles que hacer para evitar una lesión y como sobrellevarlas cuando se presentan (próximo post). .
Las lesiones del entrenamiento de fuerza en su mayoría se dan por un uso excesivo de las articulaciones [Justin W. & Paul W. 2017]. Así que, una gran forma de evitarlas es variando nuestros ejercicios en forma periódica. Esto puede ser tan fácil como cambiar la posición de las manos o pies, incluso el ángulo del ejercicio. Cambiar el ejercicio por otro totalmente diferente también es una opción valida. Especialmente, si solo entrenas con el objetivo de verte mejor, ya que no hay ningún ejercicio que sea clave para lograr un buen físico. .
Otro consideración es tener una técnica adecuada en los ejercicios. No hay ejercicio que sea inherentemente lesivo, la ejecución es la que conlleva el riesgo de lesión. Por lo cual siempre cerciorarte de realizar bien tus ejercicios. .
Para mejorar tu técnica puedes ver videos en youtube (Los videos tutoriales de @jeffnippard y @untamedstrength son muy buenos), lee el libro de starting strenght y/o contrata a un entrenador. Ademas, puedes grabar la ejecución de tus ejercicios para analizar por ti mismo tu técnica. .
Es importante que conozcas que la retroalimentación visual (ver videos) y la visualización (imaginarte haciendo el ejercicio) son tan fuertes que pueden llevarte a mejorar tu técnica de ejercicio sin ni siquiera realizarlo [Julie D. et al. 2011]

Everyone always asks me how I stay DISCIPLINED enough to “eat clean” and “work out every day” and the answer is simply: I don’t... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ I don’t always want to wake up early & crush a work out (trust me, i snooze a lot lol), followed by a long day of class, training clients, work, etc. It’s just not always convenient! I don’t always want to spend a few hours on Sunday meal prepping when I could be hanging with friends, watching Netflix, or getting something else done. BUT I try to keep the end goal in mind and get it done, which is what truly matters! And if it doesn’t happen, that’s okay! I remind myself that life has so many other priorities!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Obviously, some days are better than others, and I’d say 80% of the time I’m EXCITED to make these choices and follow through with them. The other 20% of the time I evaluate whether I need a break or if I’m just feeling lazy lol. For me, if I don’t do these things now, I’ll wish i would have later. I’ll spend more 💰 & time ordering takeout (& probably feel pretty 💩) or I’ll feel stressed because I didn’t take an 40-50 mins to release those endorphins in my workout. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨Bottom line: Its SO IMPORTANT to set long term goals so you have motivation to do the things you love! Grinding isn’t always easy, but once you accomplish something, it makes ya feel so proud inside! (So keep that in mind!) Hope everyone has the best Wednesday & good luck to those taking finals rn!! I know I’ll need it :)

I had to tell Chick-Fil-A what was what today. ✋🏼 They tried to give me fried nuggets instead of grilled. Normally I believe that whatever they give you is what you are meant to have but I have big ice cream plans later!

I order a 12ct grilled nugget, side salad with no cheese, plus buffalo sauce. Today I added a diet lemonade.

Fast, easy and delicious weekend brunch 😊

I fancied a change from my usual eggs with a bit of extra heat in this cold winter weather ☃️! Chilli and garlic always goes well 😋 so combining it with bagels and scrambled eggs was full of flavour
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What you need:
1 bagel
2 eggs
1/2 avocado
2 tsp olive oil
1 handful of spinach 
1 handful of tomatoes
1 handful of mushrooms
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon chilli paste
Pinch of chipotle chilli flakes
Sea salt & Pepper
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How to make it:
1 - Chop up the mushrooms, tomatoes and avocado
2 - Mix the eggs in a separate bowl the chilli paste
3 - In a large pan, fry the garlic paste in olive oil for a 1 min before adding the mushrooms and tomato. Stir well. Fry for 6 mins.
4 - Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and cook the eggs on the opposite side. Stir frequently until scrambled.
5 - Wilt the spinach for 1 min on top of the vegetables and eggs. Serve on a toasted bagel with mashed avocado. 
6 - Season with chipotle chilli flakes, salt and pepper

Se você persistir pode ser que demore, pode ser que tropece...mas em algum lugar você vai chegar!! E afinal, o tempo vai passar de qualquer jeito mesmo. Se você desistir não vai sair do lugar!!!

Vou deixar algumas dicas que podem ajudar nesse momento:

1.Seja persistente: estabeleça metas, se mantenha firme. Se esta difícil mude o treino, a alimentação, mas não desista!;
.
2.Não tenha pressa: o excesso de esforço e ansiedade pode fazer você desistir. O processo de emagrecimento é a longo prazo.
.
3.Perdeu um dia de treino, ou comeu além da conta? Sem stress!! O importante é você ter constância e fazer o que tem que ser feito na maior parte do tempo.
.
4.Recuperação é tudo: é importante ter um tempo para o corpo se recuperar dos treinos, assim você tem mais chances de não cansar e continuar na atividade física.

This girl is supporting her baby and her body in the best possible way and giving her little one the best possible start to life! She was so ill during the first trimester but didn’t give up what an inspirational mummy to be she is 💓

Breakfast- 2eggs, toast and salad.
Snack- Greek yog, nut butter, caramel rice cakes and a banana.
Lunch- bacon, pasta veg and pesto.
More Snacks- belvita biscuits, pineapple, carb killa (not pictured)
Dinner- heck sausages, toast, beans and salad!
For supper I’ll have some more yoghurt and rice cakes!
Plus lots of cuppas, water and clearly mayo is a major food group for me!
Also pls appreciate my smiley snack photo 😊 .
