🏃🏻‍♂️No Exercício Anfersen: temos como objetivo melhorar o movimento posterior da corrida, flexionando os joelhos quase tocam o quadril com os tornozelos. Buscamos melhorar a ciclo alongamento - encurtamento dos músculos anteriores e posteriores de coxa, resultando em uma corrida mais “solta” com menos gasto energético. Também trabalhando a aterrissagem com ante-pé, visando diminuir o tempo de contato com o solo e aumentando a propulsão vertical, e coordenando o movimento de braços em 90° com os movimentos de membros inferiores.

Pode ser realizado parado, em deslocamento, simultâneo ou Unilateral.

6.8km with the double stroller #runsquad today. Avg pace 6:53/km Avg HR 130bpm. .

My original plan today was to do some cross-training but the weather's not looking ideal for stroller running for the next few days so we had to take advantage of a nice morning and get outdoors 😊. I'll cross-train tomorrow 💪. Kept it 🐢 paced because I think I pushed my post-marathon recovery a little too quickly and really felt it in my legs after my longish run on Monday. Gotta check myself before I wreck myself 😂. Followed my run up with some upper body strength training. Trying to ease in to that somewhat gently because it's been about a month since I last strength trainined 😱. .

After such a long stretch of training for events, It's kinda strange not having a plan or a race or anything at the moment. But it's also kind of nice at the same time. Keeps running fun, relaxed and it's a nice mental break from training. I'm just going with the flow at the moment, doing what I want, when I want to 😉. My husband's first triathlon of the season kicks off May 19th so it's fun to be his cheerleader now after all the selfless support he's given me through my marathon training and I can't wait to see him smash some goals this spring 🙌. .  Happy humpday guys 🐪. .

Happy hump day 🐪 It’s actually my Friday Eve because I’m taking Friday off to travel home for my bridal shower! ✈️ I woke up with an arms & abs studio workout and this giant iced coffee with almond milk & cinnamon. And I can’t wait to dig into my chia pudding once I get to work! Hope everyone else is feeling great halfway through the first week of the #tiusummerseries! Let’s keep this momentum going 💪🏼
