What’s the big deal about exercising? 💪🏻🏃🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️ Honestly, when I started working out it was because I didn’t like the way my body looked. Having a baby changed my stomach. I didn’t like it and I was tired of feeling uncomfortable in my clothes. Nothing fit like I wanted it too and getting dressed to go somewhere turned into a full time job! 👚👗👖 I started working out because I wanted abs! I wanted that flat, toned tummy! I’m still not there after working out for a couple years. Turns out, that’s the HARDEST part of your body to get flat and toned. (Abs are made in the kitchen.) 🍎🥒🥬 Along the way I started to realize that there were a lot of unhealthy people around me. I started realizing that these people were close to my age and without setting a routine working out and taking care of my body I could end up being not so healthy at my age too. Don’t get me wrong, I know working out isn’t going to keep me from getting a cancer diagnosis but it’s going to keep me from getting so many other chronic illnesses. It’s also going to keep me healthy and alive to see my daughter grow up, it’s going to keep me active so that I can play in the yard with her, tumble around with her, and run around the house. 🏃🏻♀️💅🏻🤸🏼♂️ Exercising and eating right keeps my mind right, it gives me more energy, it gives me goals, and keeps me clear headed! 🏅🏆🎖 If any of this speaks to you, message me or drop a 💁🏻♀️ below!
