This weekend I got to see part of the Dorset coast in a whole new way as I took part in my first 10k trail run. The hills were a bit of a killer, but it was lovely to get out there, despite the weather, and it felt brave to try something new.
I have always loved walking in nature, and especially by the sea. It is so good for both mental and physical health. I've recently started doing a bit of running as well, just trying to improve my general fitness really, and I'm excited about where it might take me 😊
