For whatever reasons, people have this misconception that things are different for men and women. People think men hit the gym and women hit the treadmill. Men eat a ton of food and women eat next to nothing. Men get as much protein in them as possible while women sip on detox teas. This is so dumb and not true. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The rules of getting shredded are the same for everyone and they include: ➡️ slight caloric deficit through exertion (calculate your daily needs through the Harris-Benedict Equation, keep a food log and adjust your calories up or down as needed every 7 days or so), ➡️ strength train to build muscle mass (the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest), ➡️ schedule in high and low I tensity cardio training (I like low-intensity cardio daily through fasted walks and high-intensity cardio 1 to 2 times a week), ➡️ getting about 0.8 to 1g of protein per pound of body weight to support protein synthesis and muscle maintenance, ➡️ and the thing no one wants to hear; hard work and discipline. 1️⃣Stand with a loaded landmine between your legs.
2️⃣Bend at the hips and a little at the knees and grasp the landmine bar just under the plates with both hands. You can either interlink your fingers or place one hand over the other. Instead of grasping the landmine bar, you can also hook a double-row bar around it. Your back should be straight and close to horizontal.
💪🏼Execution

1️⃣Keeping your elbows close to your body, exhale as you pull the landmine to your chest.
2️⃣Hold for a count of two and squeeze your back muscles.
3️⃣Inhale as you lower the landmine in a controlled manner until your shoulders stretch downward. Don’t allow the landmine to touch the floor.
Repeat.

Burpees are a great exercise to build explosiveness as well as get your heart pumping. I add them to my group circuit workout training as it works a ton of muscles including your chest, triceps, anterior deltoid, core, and legs when done right. I also like the explosive nature of them which can be transferable to many sports and athletic activities. Therefore, not only do they help build full body strength, but they also are great at burning a ton of calories which means they can definitely help with fat loss goals. That being said, they are not magical as in if you do 100s of burpees and expect to burn fat as the rest of your lifestyle has to be in check as well, and these can be a great addition to your next workout. They can be regressed by taking out the push-up part of the movement as well as stepping out and stepping back in compared to jumping your legs out and jumping them back in. The speed at which you do it can also regress or progress the exercise in difficulty. Always adjust to your needs.

I’m going to tell you something that is probably going to make a lot of trainers and coaches mad. It goes against everything most people say about working out.

You CAN workout every day. 
Hear me out. 
If you are the personality type that is all or nothing, go all in or don't go at all, then you shouldn’t be told to fight that natural instinct by a coach who wants you to workout 2-3 times per week. 
Go to the gym every single day. Engrain that habit, really establish it as your identity, as who you are. 
But realize, you will have to rethink what a workout might be. If you train every day you must be mindful of overall volume, one workout might be strength training, another might be a long walk. There isn’t anything wrong with moving every single day.

I’m going to tell you something that is probably going to make a lot of trainers and coaches mad. It goes against everything most people say about working out.

You CAN workout every day.
Hear me out.
If you are the personality type that is all or nothing, go all in or don't go at all, then you shouldn’t be told to fight that natural instinct by a coach who wants you to workout 2-3 times per week.
Go to the gym every single day. Engrain that habit, really establish it as your identity, as who you are.
But realize, you will have to rethink what a workout might be. If you train every day you must be mindful of overall volume, one workout might be strength training, another might be a long walk. There isn’t anything wrong with moving every single day.
The real positive to this approach is you don’t have to spend a lot of time working out if you are moving every single day. It’s a different approach that can be effective, and if it suits your personality, go for it.

I'm a HUGE fan of eggs, and have them most mornings when I actually eat breakfast.  Extremely versatile, highly nutritious, and quite tasty!

Regarding nutrition, they've got all sorts of great micro nutrients, including Vit A, Calcium, Vit D, Iron, Vit B-6, Vit B-12, Riboflavin, Niacin, and Selenium, to name a few!

The whites are a great source of lean protein, while the yolks have healthy fats and cholesterol (as well as most of the micro nutrients). Need more protein but want to keep the calories down?  Use more egg whites, leaving some of the yolks out!  Doing a bulk phase? Keep all the yolks!
