James Clarke, Tim Marrion, Rob Harrison and Simon Wood have decided to undertake the Macmillan Cancer Support longest day golf challenge again, raising money for such an important charity.
Four rounds at four courses in one day at St Austell Golf Club, Porthpean Golf Club, The Carlyon Bay Golf Club and Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club.
Any support would be greatly appreciated and help to raise of over £1,000 towards this great cause! https://longestdaygolf.macmillan.org.uk/Team/theabsenttees
First Park Run after a few weeks off - I wasn't expecting much but using the advice from the hubby (which obviously I'm NOT going to let him take the credit for this 😉😂) I was able to run a lot more of the route than any other time! Forgot to turn my Strava off for a little bit so time was slightly off but I was still happy! I was very surprised to find I'd got a new PB on official times - 36 seconds faster than last PB six weeks ago - not sure how I managed that 🤔 Wasn't the fastest runner - but have to start believing in myself - a run is run no matter how fast/slow you finish! A weekend has become known to the Welch's as "get up early on a Saturday and Sunday as it's Park Run time" 😂 What's a lie in nowadays 🙄 #lanhydrockparkrun#lanhydrock#parkrun#parkrunuk#instarunners#stravarun#newpb#slowandsteady#happylife
Find a guy that buys you a bike, tidies it up, takes you (and the bike) to Cornwall, takes cute bike riding vids and then laughs when you nearly fly to your death because, only when going down hill, do you realise your brakes don’t work 😊 x

Day 46 of #the100dayproject - Rainy afternoon at Lanhydrock, National Trust. We took shelter in a doorway when it started pouring.
Snatching some precious time away before the summer season starts, getting inspired and now I’m feeling rested and invigorated. I’ve been planning some changes in the shop and now feels like the right time. Back open as normal tomorrow (Wednesday) #theindependentshopkeepers
