I’m going to start doing a weekly weigh in some I can start holding myself accountable for my goals. I’m 187lbs now and I’m trying to bulk up!!! While still staying as lean as possible. Had a guy ask me today if I was using.. to people who do cheat.. that’s prob funny to you. But to someone who’s busted there ass for the past 6 years to look a certain way.. that was actually complimentary. I told him “hell no” as I was literally laughing aloud. To which he replied “never?”
Again I said no. “Not even one cycle?” Again.... I said no. Not laughing anymore I guess he finally realized I was being straight with him.
So his next question was “how did you grow your pecs that big?” My words to him were the same as I’m telling you all now. “Straight dedication and determination.” He told me that his whole crew just knew I was juicing. To him I was huge.
Bros and girls I’m here to tell you that you all look the exact way you’ve set yourself up to look. I decided a long time ago that I wanted to build myself differently than I had allowed myself to look. And I started doing something about it.
I don’t give a rat’s ass what your EXCUSES are. That’s right. EXCUSES!!! You WILL change the way you’re shaped as soon as you get off your asses.
