Here's part of last night's training.  My body is still acclimating to my recent weight loss, as it's been a while since I've had to use my #foreverbelt just to press 100lbs.  But remember that if you're in the same situation, do not force your body to do anything it doesn't want to.  Also included is my last #neutralgripdumbbellbenchpress set of 22.5lbsx4x12.  I've found that this works my inner chest far better than flyes.  But that's just me.  Train in all ways to find what works for you.  Train for #strength , train for #hypertrophy, train for #balance.

This was not as easy as it might look.  This is my first time squatting even 295 at my lower #bodyweight.  But I fought and won.  As I said just a day or two ago, sometimes the body will just need time to acclimate to change, especially with a change in weight.  So while I once was able to hit this number without any support like my #foreverbelt, I now do, at least temporarily.  Here's 295x5.

Start right where you left off and risk an injury due to #techniquebreakdown, it do you reduce the weights in order to bring the volume and reinforce proper form.  If you guessed decrease the weights you are correct!  Here's the #dumbbellfloorpress, a #benchpress variation that works the long head of the #tricep, which is crucial to the #lockout portion of the bench.  At the descent, keep the elbows on the floor for a second or two before pushing back up.  Also, keep your legs straight and let your #upperbody do the work.  The key is to strengthen the tri's after all.

I also believe in training the big lifts at least twice a week, one of those days being a light day with a #repscheme different from what you'd do on your heavy day. So I was forced to stop training after Easter Sunday, and barely halfway through my current #beyond531 cycle, as the most painful two weeks of my life would start.  I'm not posting this as some cry for help, I'll be fine.  But I want you to know that no matter what life throws at you, or what scary decisions you might make, all you need to do is make sure you NEVER second guess yourself, and you get right back up.  So here I am, starting that previously mentioned cycle over again, knowing in my mind that it's just onwards and upwards from here.  Never.  Give.  Up.  Here's 310x3.

An ab circuit (from @_brittanylupton ) that I tried today, oh my god. It looked super easy at first, but I was so wrong. My abs were screaming!! SWIPE and SAVE!

1️⃣ bicycles
2️⃣ cross over crunches
3️⃣ leg lifts (I choose to keep my head lifted because it keeps my lower back on the floor)
4️⃣ toe taps
5️⃣ alternating toe taps
6️⃣ Russian twists (try to add weight)
🔁 15 reps of each exercise (on each side of the workout is one side at a time) back to back. No rest between exercises!! Take a full minute to rest between rounds, repeat 3-5 times!

The last time I pulled 360x5 my arrogance allowed me to forget my belt and I pulled something in my lower left side, almost endangering my first 400 pounder a week and a half later.  So I made sure to wise up and remember it this time and I'm glad I did.  Also, as I've discussed in other posts, #legdrive is EVERYTHING when you #deadlift.  Never ever use your back to pull.  Having said that, my one piece of advice for the day is to the push down with your feet as you pull, treating the #deadlift like a reverse #legpress.

So I lowered the weights on literally every exercise I performed today as means of starting to regain my #endurance and so far it was a success.  I also like to think my @legionath pulse played a part because I didn't feel fatigued once.  So here's a lighter #deadlift of 350x5 and a light #benchpress of 85x6x8.

I've taken all kinds of supplements from many different brands; over 16 years worth of experience so I feel like I have a good idea of what I am talking about at this point. 
Ive always been an advocate of health and wellness as it's been part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember.
I've always taken clean high potency pre-workout and other supplements when I can find them. Which if you do find in a store it is rare and expensive. The fitness industry is saturated with garbage supplements and that's just wrong to me but is the sad truth.
Unfortunately the fitness industry and its followers are not about health and well being really much, if at all. More about appearance and looks, whatever it takes to get there is not always the right or healthy approach.
I've been doing fitness since a kid in some form or another; like soccer, football, biking, skateboarding, hiking or snowboarding but mostly hitting weights. Nothing beats a clean diet which should be #1 priority, also good quality foods to me is a must. In America this is not viewed as important or necessary which I'll tell you right now....it is, very much so.
