Glutes, thighs and core for the week!⁣
⁣
Here’s a few exercises to lift that booty!⁣
⁣
•grab a stability ball or any large ball to balance on in a plank⁣
⁣
•either staying lifted or bringing the left knee down, begin to lengthen your right leg and lift it 5x⁣
⁣
•switch sides really engaging that core for stability⁣
⁣
Exercise ✌🏾⁣
⁣
•come onto your back bring your heels to the ball and lift your hips, working those inner and outer thighs and glutes, 5x⁣
⁣
Exercise 3⁣
⁣
•keep your hips lifted and roll the ball out, straightening the 🦵🏾🦵🏾⁣
⁣
Repeat these workouts 3-4x to really feel that burn! As always have fun! Working on that ball, who knows what may happen, you could roll off, over, whatever! Just get back up, and laugh it off! 🤣⁣

Here’s a few exercises to lift that booty!⁣

I have never done seated squats. So here is a video of my 4th set with 315, and my first attempt at them. Did 7 reps so I'm happy with that. Everyday you have to find new ways of challenging yourself. You never stop growing until you stop reaching .

Tuesday means big leg day for me and LAWD was it a good one. I didn’t go up in weight but really focused on depth and going all the way down in my squats. 👏🏻

I love these squats on the smiths! Feet are together, a little in front of me and legs touching. Did 3x12 125 lbs and really tried to get low into it. I was struggling toward the end which means it was working 💪🏻
