I lift weights because I love the process. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s the right thing for you. I believe that you need to find a form of physical exercise that your going to stick to, and the only way to truly stick with something is to enjoy it! It could be football, basketball, rugby, boxing, jiu-jitsu or cycling. There are endless options, and if you don’t know what you like, try new things! Don’t dread your workouts, look forward to them by choosing something that’s right for you.
