💫Huevos rancheros💫

Two patties of around 100g ground beef⁣
2 slices of crispy bacon⁣
whatever cheese you like⁣
⁣
Buns:⁣
Mix in a small round bowl:⁣
40g almond flower⁣
1/3 baking powder⁣
1 eggwhite⁣
⁣
Whatever else herbs or ingredients you like (I added some basil and sesame seeds)⁣
⁣
A splash of olive oil⁣
Add 2 mins in the microwave, remove (be careful, it’s HOT), put a small plate on top and turn the bowl into the plate (it should fall off easily). Then, cut it into 3 equal pieces and put them in the toaster for a bit of crispiness. (If you don’t want it, it’s still cool, as the delicious sauce will soak into the bun)⁣

Sauce:⁣
A medium size pickle cut into very small pieces⁣
Tbs of mayo⁣
Ts of BBQ sauce⁣
Ts of mustard (I also added some spicy sauce here, but it’s completely optional)⁣
Greens: Just some rockets mixed with the sauce. But also, you can add whatever you like.⁣

今日の昼食は市販のローストビーフ!何故なら、成分表示されていたから(^^)。 今日もお野菜もたくさん。
ローメンレタス、オニオンスライス、ズッキーニの緑と黄色。ラディッシュ。

そして、メインディッシュよりメインディッシュ(^^)???。
極太アスパラガス!美味しく丸かじりで食べたかったので、シンプルに塩胡椒でグリルに!。 .

ドレッシングはパルメザンチーズを下ろして、オリーブオイルと胡椒。チーズの旨味と塩味だけで食べました。
タンパク質が足りないけど、間食でなんとかします。

2枚目に、昨日のセッションの動画ポストしました。
抜歯したので安静にしないといけなかったので、宅トレの方法の指導と、私のバカな癖の話(^^)。チーっと脚が細くなったから、脚を組みたくて(^^)。そのせいで膝を痛めて指導入りました(^^)。
みなさん!気をつけてくださいね。
しかし、笑い声が大きい私。お隣さんに聞こえてたみたい(^^)。

コーヒーをストレス解消のアイテムにしてたのも辞めました宣言してきました。

さて、
筋肉量は増えてるけど、最近、仕事が忙しくて、ちょっとスイッチの入れ方が甘い私。
なんとかしなきゃ!。

I’ve lost again for the 14th week in a row 🤘🏻 1.7lbs this week 🎉🎉🎉.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I may not be losing weight fast but at the rate I’m going I should get to goal in 2 years time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The thought that weightloss could take this long used to bother me but ultimately I had 2 options. I could carry on burying my head in the sand and end up at 300/400/500lbs/dead in 2 years or get a grip and make sustainable long term changes to my diet that will allow me to stay motivated for the months and years it will take me to lose the weight I desperately need to lose.

Sadly wasn’t able to finish everything on my plate but I had:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 2 scrambled eggs, a slice of ham, 4 Kalamata olives, 1/3 of a cucumber, half a sausage, 1oz of Brie, 2oz of pork pate, and 1 tsp of Dijon mustard

Macros: 567kcal, 8g net carbs, 41g protein, and 40g fat
.
I did a really great glutes workout today so I knew I needed to fuel up before a day of walking around and doing #tourist things 🏃🏻‍♀️ I used to hate cottage cheese but lately it really grown on me and I think it’s a great source of protein that doesn’t affect carbs or fat too much!

Just missing some avocado to be the plate of my dreams 🥑

Ultra Crispy Parmesan Crusted Chicken . 
500 g / 1 lb chicken breast (2 pieces) 
1 egg 
1 garlic clove , minced (optional) 
Salt and pepper 
125 g / 4 oz / 1 1/4 cups shredded parmesan (NOT finely grated) 
2 tbsp butter (or more oil) 
1 tbsp olive oil . ..
Directions
1. Cut each breast in half horizontally to make 4 steaks. If they are much thicker than 1.75 cm / 3/4" thick (at the thickest point), pound a bit. 
Whisk egg, garlic, pinch of salt and pepper. 
2. Dredge chicken in egg, then place in parmesan CUT SIDE DOWN. Press, then turn. Coat with extra parmesan, press. Shake off excess. (PS Cut side = better golden crust cause it’s flat, so we want to coat with extra parm). 3. Melt butter and heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Put chicken in, DO NOT MOVE, cook 3 minutes until golden and crispy (press lightly with spatula). Turn with tongs, DO NOT 
MOVE, cook 3 min again. Serve! 
Great with lemon wedges and for ultimate low carb, serve over cauliflower mash and fennel

1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Rosemary (Can substitute with 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary)
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Thyme (Can substitute with 1 teaspoon of dried thyme)
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (Optional) (juice of 1 lemon)

Butterfly the chicken breast in half, length-wise, leaving it intact on one side to create a pocket for stuffing. Season the inside of the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Add 3-4 stalks of asparagus and the provolone cheese in the center of each chicken breast and fold over, to enclose the filling.
Season the outside of the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Rub the seasoning into the chicken breast and set aside.
Heat a large, oven safe pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once hot, sear the chicken until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Cover the pan with foil, place in the oven, and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow rest for about a few minutes before serving. If desired, add lemon juice to the chicken juices in the pan and serve as a sauce.

* 2 oz. butter
* 1¼ cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions
