Yesterday at CrossFit Lower Valley we retested what is known as our members "CrossFit Total." This is the absolute best way to measure their functional strength capacity; and by no means did they leave us disappointed! Personal records all over the board and we could not be more proud! For my Advanced Resistance Training unit I had to create a 12-week strength program for a female elite-level guard. I chose @rebeccajcole - an amazing athlete, previously unlucky with knee injuries, but a committed worker in the gym. Took a few liberties guessing some anthropometrics/FMS results/1RM. . Waiting for the day my pinch grip strength will allow me to run carrying 190kg.... However Saturday is lift till you drop 3 hr barbell/sled/kettle bell day for max strength + endurance which = Sunday no legs cant walk day. lmaoo

5 x 5 of 160kg + Bar. I seriously love my @ironbullstrength straps and wrist wraps. I wash these babies like crazy and they never fail me when lifting, and are super affordable too.

5 x 5 of Close Grip/ Clean & presses @50kg + Bar. These are one of my favorite workouts for strongman endurance training. I usually do 3×3 60 kg for max strength on Tuesday along with my other max strength Barbell training.

However Saturday is lift till you drop 3 hr barbell/sled/kettle bell day for max strength + endurance which = Sunday no legs cant walk day. lmaooo
