2 large chicken breasts cubed (mine were 26oz total)
2 oikos plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 can cherry tomatoes in sauce
Dump in as many spices as you like:
Coriander 
Turmeric
Garam masala
Cayenne pepper
Mix and fry in a little oil, stir in can cherry tomatoes, cook down or leave liquid if you want to to have a side of rice.
I added 4 cups green beans and a shit ton of garlic. Bone apple teeth 👌😋

Made with  oh Thomas’s 100 calorie all grain muffins, 1 turkey sausage patty and 1 egg. Total of 250 calories for a great start to your day! Plus they microwave great! Spring is a great time for fresh fruit. Remember: if you have the desire to snack and you’re not willing to eat a piece of fruit, you’re not hungry! Veggie pasta salad with whole wheat pasta and basalmic vinaigrette. I tweaked this weeks treat, by decreasing the flour, adding oats and using half the caramel the recipe called for.  Caramel, cranberry, walnut bars! Oh, I hit a personal low weight today of 171 today, I haven’t been this small since junior high! That puts my total weight loss at 81 pounds! Ich hoffe, ihr hattet alle einen sonnig-schönen Ostersonntag 🐇🐣 Zum Frühstück gab es heute 2 Eier und Haferpancakes (Rezept s. oben), dazu Frischkäse-Quark mit Beeren.
Zum Mittagessen hab ich mich mal an einer gesünderen Variante für Apfelklöße versucht, die ich seit Kindheit liebe. Das Originalrezept ist von meiner Oma und besteht nur aus Ei, Mehl und Äpfeln und wird mit zerlassener Butter sowie Zucker und Zimt gegessen. Passt aktuell also gar nicht in meine Ernährung 😉 Ich habe nun etwas Dinkelvollkornmehl genommen und für die richtige Teigkonsistenz noch Kokosraspeln und Mandeln hinzugefügt (s. Rezept). Schmeckte natürlich nicht wie das Original aber dennoch lecker.

Ich hoffe, ihr hattet alle einen sonnig-schönen Ostersonntag 🐇🐣 Zum Frühstück gab es heute 2 Eier und Haferpancakes (Rezept s. oben), dazu Frischkäse-Quark mit Beeren.
Zum Mittagessen hab ich mich mal an einer gesünderen Variante für Apfelklöße versucht, die ich seit Kindheit liebe. Das Originalrezept ist von meiner Oma und besteht nur aus Ei, Mehl und Äpfeln und wird mit zerlassener Butter sowie Zucker und Zimt gegessen. Passt aktuell also gar nicht in meine Ernährung 😉 Ich habe nun etwas Dinkelvollkornmehl genommen und für die richtige Teigkonsistenz noch Kokosraspeln und Mandeln hinzugefügt (s. Rezept). Schmeckte natürlich nicht wie das Original aber dennoch lecker.

Vamos con la preparación de la semana! Ya sabéis que tenía poquita cosa pero oye, al final he apañado lo que he podido. .

- Zanahorias, cebolla y boniato asado. 🥕🥕
- Patatas asadas (para la comida de hoy)
- Calabacín especiado al horno.
- Masa para croquetas de boniato y quinoa.
- Hélices de lenteja roja. - Hummus de Lentejas.
- Espinacas 🥬
- Sopa de verduras.
- Crema de brócoli y queso azul 🧀🥦. - Quinoa.
- Bolitas energéticas.

Con esto y un bizcocho (que he descongelado, por cierto) hasta mañana a las ocho! (quien dice las 8, dice las 5 😂😛)
