Been a minute...mind has been preoccupied...😷 The paleo diet is designed to resemble what human hunter-gatherer ancestors ate thousands of years ago.
Although it’s impossible to know exactly what human ancestors ate in different parts of the world, researchers believe their diets consisted of whole foods.
By following a whole food-based diet and leading physically active lives, hunter-gatherers presumably had much lower rates of lifestyle diseases, such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease.

There is no one "right" way to eat for everyone and paleolithic humans thrived on a variety of diets, depending on what was available at the time and where in the world they lived.
Some ate a low-carb diet high in animal foods, while others followed a high-carb diet with lots of plants.

Here are the basics:
Eat: Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats and oils.
Avoid: Processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, grains, most dairy products, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine and trans fats.

Hallo meine Lieben, mich hat’s erwischt, bin so richtig erkältet. Heute gabs bei mir mittags #pizzasuppe lässt sich super vorbereiten und als #mealprep mitnehmen. 
Einfach 400g Tatar anbraten, dann Gemüse eurer Wahl (ich hab 1 große Zucchini, 1 Paprika, 6 Champignons und eine Dose Mais sowie eine gewürfelte Zwiebel) dazugeben und kurz mitbraten. Dann mit 600g passierten Tomaten und 500ml Wasser ablöschen und Gemüsebrühe dazugeben. Getrockneten Rosmarin, Thymian und Oregan rein und 25-30 Minuten köcheln lassen.Wer mag abschließend noch Frischkäse light 2 El und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Fertig 
Kalorien 200Kalorien pro Portion. Es werden 4 Portionen.

So this is a combination of #transformationtuesday and #tellthetruthtuesday! On the left I was separated, gone back to work, hated a job that once was my dream job, doctor just prescribed me with medication for high blood pressure, if we had a staff meeting the girl who use to be able to sprint up the stairs now had to take the elevator! While I was blessed in my circumstances I myself was broken. The girl on the right got herself right, marriage restored , quit that Phuckin Job YES Quit and started doing what she loved! Everyone gets broken sometime and sometimes more than once I have learned there are certainly levels to brokenness! But the great thing about it is you can HEAL! You can become Whole Again. I took something’s for granted and my health and life were one of them! I WILL NEVER Do THAT AGAIN. I am so THANKFUL that everything I have going on with me can be fixed. Everyone is not that fortunate. They have taught me something anytime someone who’s circumstances are worse than yours and they still find a reason to have joy , smile and LIVE you got to check yourself!!!

Tuesday meal prep: need to wake up from my lazy...
Amma made vegetables poriyal. 
When amma says i made with 5 vegetables..
The 5 vegetables
Bell pepper
Cabbage
Carrot
Potato
Beans + Made 4x egg whites scrambles..(adding 1tsp of oil with chilli flakes)

Breakfast: standard
Lunch: meal prep
32 mins at gym
Snacks: 4x breadstick olive with tomato.. Dinner: meal prep.. Snacks: gonna try pandan cake slice and chocolate slice

Snacks: amma is going for baking lessons..
First two weeks she learned to make sweet soups..i am not soup person..
She made pandan cake and chocolate cake..
I tried yst dinner. Wow..
First time try is good... Breakfast at kl airport. 
Chinese noodles with chicken meatballs.
Nice but salty. 
Monday i reached singapore in the morning..
Slept like a pig to recover the sleep
Then had breakfast set for dinner ard 5pm..
Had snacks: 1x kiwi with 1x slice of pandan cake and chocolate cake.

HOW YOU SHOULD BE WEIGHT TRAINING TO ACHIEVE SOLID MUSCLE DEFINITION

✔️ Leave your ego at the door - in order for your muscles to grow and develop the most effective way you have to work on your form and exicution. Even if that means knocking a few plates off in order to achieve this then so be it. Become strong at perfect technique rather than a couple of shit cheat reps
.
✔️ Target the muscle you want to work - with perfect form you should know exactly what muscle you want to be working. Going in and just lifting the weight from a to b will only take you so far. In order to get maximum results you should learn to eliminate other muscles that maybe working and stop momentum taking you through.
.
✔️ Rest when the set is done - through the working set your main targetted muscle should take 100% of the stress. That means no resting at the end of each rep. So no locking your arms out and holding it there for a second.
.
✔️ Control the tempo - in this set I am slowly lowering the weight to ensure my muscle is controlling it. I can achieve this greater by imagining I am trying to get my elbows to touch. At the bottem I am pausing - what this is doing is allowing me to re-engage the muscle, ensuring it is working and also stops any chance of momentum helping you cheat the rep. To finish explode to the top without losing tension 💪
.
✔️ Take the muscle through the full range of motion - you are most likely only targeting 80% of your muscle. What you need to learn is to work the full range. Pushing your muscle to its end extremities will ensure you are giving them the best chance of full muscle definition. Bad example here with a barbell as you will not reach them limits. It would be better done with dumbells as you can go past your chest line.

✔️ Have a strong mind muscle connection - always think of the muscle that's working. It is easy to just beast reps out and lose focus. The better focus you have the greater muscular contraction.
.
✔️ Don't be a pussy - giving up before your muscles fatigue isn't going to get you the best results. Neither is lifting a weight that isn't challenging (always ensuring good form). Finding a weight that challenges your muscle.
