Incorporate high intensity interval training into your workout twice a week to help burn off the extra fat, giving the illusion of a more toned look. Sustain 20 -30 seconds of high burst energy into your exercises followed by 30 seconds -2 minute rest periods. Eg) running up stairs, jumping jacks, treadmill sprints, squat jumps and lunges. This improves fitness levels faster than long duration cardio as well as keeping it short and sweet, 10 to 15 minutes is all you need peeps! .
