Sail on silver girl, sail on by. Your time has come to S H I N E now all your dreams are on their way. .
I’ve taken a back seat on social media this month as well as writing on the blog in an attempt to focus, F U L L heart, on the remainder of my time as an undergraduate student at Morehead State.
I have spent nearly 38 days knocking on the doors of potential job opportunities, apartment locations, and class courses, in an attempt to get a clearer picture as to what God’s got in mind for me.
After several closed doors, I learned to praise Him in the hallway of uncertainty. I learned to celebrate being my best version of the proverbial woman; “She laughs, without fear of the future.” .
Tonight, it is with overwhelming J O Y that I can share these things... I am admitted into Morehead State’s MA program for Wellness and am registered to begin online classes in June. I have been accepted as an Overnight Conference Assistant working alongside Morehead Housing Office this summer. I have received an internship opportunity with MeadowView Event Planning in Morehead. I will be signing the lease to my first apartment in Morehead this Friday that I’ll be sharing with one of my favorite gals. I received a phone call today that I have been accepted into a Graduate Assistantship position at Morehead with the Eagle Athletic Center beginning this fall.
I am also so happy to announce I’ve received course results with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and am now a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. .
God is SO good. The depths of my heart can’t even begin to tell ya how good.
If you’re going through a season of uncertainty, I encourage you to punctuate it with a hallelujah. Dance in those hallways and surround yourself with people that’ll dance with you.
Because I KNOW.
WE know; God causes all things to work together for good. // Romans 8:28
