I cannot tell you when I got it or how I got it as I haven’t got it yet. What I can tell you though is the process is not easy. Your forced to believe you must do 1 thing in life and 1 thing only and for those few people that succeed with that formula I salute you but it’s not for everyone. I’ve done about everything i physically and mentally could do in order to get ahead and truth be-told I feel further behind then I ever have done. However I walk and work with faith that it will change. Its easy to feel that your on the wrong track when things ain’t going your way but I know with my whole heart that my plan with gods grace and mercy will come to fruition.🤲🏾 #allahuakbar

The rocking frog is a simple mobility drill that requires ZERO equipment and minimal space to execute.
.
If you have tight hips / inner thighs, then this is a top pick to incorporate into your regular mobility routine or at least a drill that you can start building a regular mobility routine with!
.
Simply assume a straddle stance with your knees positioned in as wide of a position as you can manage without overstretching the groin / inner thigh area.
.
Be aware that you’re on the inside of the upper leg (not directly on your kneecap) and that your feet are turned outwards as much as possible.
.
From this straddle position, support your torso with your arms fully extended and your palms placed directly under your shoulders OR with your forearms against the floor.
.
While maintaining a straight back, drive your hips backwards as to bring your bum to your ankles.
.
Once you feel the intensity of the stretch increase to an approximate 3-5 / 10 relative to the discomfort level, hold for approximately 2-3 seconds before “rocking” forward and releasing the stretch for a brief moment.
.
Immediately drive the hips back, focusing on returning to that end range of motion where you feel the greatest stretch and holding once again for 2-3 seconds.
.
Repeat this forward and back motion with it’s accompanying 2-3 second hold between 10-15 times in a row!

The rocking frog is a simple mobility drill that requires ZERO equipment and minimal space to execute.
.
If you have tight hips / inner thighs, then this is a top pick to incorporate into your regular mobility routine or at least a drill that you can start building a regular mobility routine with!
.
Simply assume a straddle stance with your knees positioned in as wide of a position as you can manage without overstretching the groin / inner thigh area.
.
Be aware that you’re on the inside of the upper leg (not directly on your kneecap) and that your feet are turned outwards as much as possible.
.
From this straddle position, support your torso with your arms fully extended and your palms placed directly under your shoulders OR with your forearms against the floor.
.
While maintaining a straight back, drive your hips backwards as to bring your bum to your ankles.
.
Once you feel the intensity of the stretch increase to an approximate 3-5 / 10 relative to the discomfort level, hold for approximately 2-3 seconds before “rocking” forward and releasing the stretch for a brief moment.

Immediately drive the hips back, focusing on returning to that end range of motion where you feel the greatest stretch and holding once again for 2-3 seconds.

Repeat this forward and back motion with it’s accompanying 2-3 second hold between 10-15 times in a row!
