Hoy toco recordar viejos tiempos ⏳ Espalda/Bíceps 🐢🔥 en este gimnasio donde entrené hace 3.5 años cuando formaba parte de ETP y donde se forjó la ideología Best In The World 🌎 (casi en mis inicios en este deporte, mayo 2015 si no mal recuerdo) a pesar de ya no hay nadie de los que conocí en ese tiempo (creo) fue padre recordar los entrenamientos que tomé a lo old school, las técnicas de entrenamiento que aprendí, y algunos amigos que conocí.

So many times we work towards a certain goal and right before the final moments doubt rises in

Out of fear or maybe by not knowing if we are going to be successful in our task 
Going into this show I had to motivated myself trough out 3 months I used the Sparta mentality which consists on”no retreat and no surrender we stand and fight “
If you are going trough doubt or negative tell yourself it doesn’t matter the outcome  as long you put sweat blood and tears 
I promise you win or loose you will come out on the other side a better 
Let’s keep motivating one another let’s keep it positive -

La reprise 💪🏼

- Been finishing off every second workout with straight bar curls! My arms tend to lose a lot of size when I cut so increasing frequency will help maintain size and help with potential growth 😤💪🏻 And to be honest, I’m not a huge fan of training arms. Maybe it’s because it was Arm Day 7 days a week when I first started lifting 🤔

I’ll hit this for exercise for 3 sets of 12-15 reps on every second training day.

Always nice to manipulate your own diet and no where the points are to do just that & switch the diet up in week 14 on the run in to stage keeping the carbs and protein still in a significant heightened place for a few weeks before the steady drop.

200g Skin On Sweet Potato alongside 100g Mixed Vegetable

Alongside morning meal and evening meal & some good fats! 
Digestion in a good place
Rest & recovery feeling good
Mindset in a solid position!

Sometimes the days you feel the worst bring the best workouts! Somehow got 315 for 7 reps! Warming up 225 for 5 felt heavy 😅 but ended up having a great leg day!

Le placement de la barre dans la main a une importance primordiale , beaucoup de novices placent la barre vers le haut de la paume près des doigts , cela crée un moment de force inutile entre le poignet et la barre . La barre doit être serrée un maximum pour avoir un recrutement max de ce que les bras poussent . -

La capacité à établir une voûte haute et l’un des aspects les plus techniques et les plus importants en compétition , les épaules doivent être maintenues en une position de rétractation scapulaire maximale, pour augmenter la stabilité des épaules sur le banc en resserrant le haut du dos , cela ramènera la tête humérale plus loin dans la cavité glénoïde ce qui diminuera l’amplitude du mouvement global . -

Les pieds doivent être placés le plus possible près de son centre de gravité pour permettre une hyper extension de la partie lombaire du rachis afin d’augmenter la voûte pour étendre la chaîne cinétique au sol afin d’obtenir le meilleur transfert de force possible . -
