Fatigue is inevitable.
It touches us ALL.
Sure, we all have different pain tolerances, aerobic capacities, and mental hurdles, 👊🏻 but in the end, fatigue WILL get the better of us all.
You know what the best remedy to this is?
By learning to ACCEPT the fatigue, and not get disappointed ❌ with yourself, call yourself a failure, or become infuriated that you did not “defeat” a given exercise, you are already on the path to improvement.
There will be days when you hit muscular fatigue a little earlier ⏰ than you want.
There will be days when you just can’t seem to catch your breath.
There will be days when you talk yourself OUT of doing something that you know, deep down inside, you CAN do.
Understanding these things are all part of your evolution into making fitness a permanent fixture into your lifestyle.👤Accepting these things, learning from them, and striving to improve for the next time all have immense value and importance.
In many ways, by accepting your FATIGUE, you are showing kindness to a bully, completely disarming the psychological, emotional, and physical power it once held.
Do not fear fatigue.
Learn from it.
