191 pounds 😒 that is how much I weighed last month when I went to the doctor! 191 pounds, over 8 years ago that was the number that scared me to death and catapulted me into 'gym life' - over the years, I've done active research on what works for me and my body (no need for your suggesting). I've done so many gym memberships and trainers. Which DID work and to be honest I ONLY lose weight and gain muscle WITH a trainer. The FIRST thing I'm getting back is a trainer as SOON as I'm closer to my 'out of debt goal' - at 191 I'm 100% healthy so I won't die if I take a few more months off. I could hire a trainer but be MISERABLE at 150 pounds because I didn't stick to the goal
Check it; I have a friend who had a customer ask her 'Reka talks about money all the time, is she broke';
1. She handled it perfectly
2. it's weird to know that people I don't know talk about me
3. YES I AM BROKE! If you have DEBT, you are BROKE. Period. Dave Ramsey is teaching me A LOT. The problem is WE don't talk about money enough. There is NO reason during that government shut down that, THAT many people were 'this' close to losing everything. Sad.
So what I am saying is, you can get your financials together. You just don't want to because you won't give up a few things that won't kill you to "live like no one else today, to live like no one else later" - **Dave Ramsey voice** YOU control YOU more than you think. Be the authority of YOU. Stop with the excuses and just do it. Thanks for reading my Tedx talk
