Mama hasn’t been mountain biking in quite a while so my muscles are SO sore!
I’m using Thyme and Copaiba oil to release the tension in my tight muscles mixed with Lavender for a calming sensation to help me relax. Mix all with your favorite carrier oil and massage to sore muscles, or in my case, the whole body. 😩😉
