Toma tiempo lograr un cambio en el cuerpo, pero cuando sabes realmente lo que quieres, no importa que tantos obstáculos tengas en el camino o el sacrifico que te cueste, siempre vas a encontrar esa razón por la cual levantarte cada día con más ánimos. Este es mi resultado en solo un mes de entrenamiento de masa muscular.🏋️‍♀️ Fácil no ha sido, mi primer mes trabajando con peso. Han sido muchos los días que me han dado ganas de tirar las pesas e irme acostar para mi casa 🤦‍♀️, pero tengo algo muy importante que se llama “disciplina”, otra “motivación”, otra “Metas”, otra “paciencia” y si sigo no termino. Gracias @aleiris.ramos @yordanfit por soportarme todos estos días y enseñarme que si puedo aunque duela y a veces quiero decirle de todo 😂. Gracias  @miguelina112 por guiarme a buenas manos y crecer en mi💋. Súper Feliz de ver este cambio en mi vida , que quizás muchos lo vean y otros no, pero cada quien sabe el sacrificio que le toma lograr sus objetivos, aparte de tener una vida detrás del entrenamiento.
