So yesterday was a day in chessington 🎢 celebrating my little one's 4th birthday 🎂. It consisted of McDonalds, chicken and chips 🐷. We're off to a wedding today 💒 so a cheesy bean omelette for breakfast to keep me going ✅

I’ve been slightly less strict with my #caloriedeficit over the last week or so, I think it’s all purely psychological because now I can actually see some changes when I look in the mirror (which I’m extremely happy about 😁), I think I’ve just subconsciously relaxed my mindset abit. This shows in my fitness pal entries. But I’m gunna try and tighten the belt a little again just so I can get the last bit of weight off before summer starts ☀️

Wow, week 6 of the @munro_fitness #munrodoesmac challenge completed and that's a wrap! 🙌🙌 This week has been an amazing one for me as I managed to get back in the gym and get a run in, with 2 days burning over 3000 calories and each completing over 15,000 steps, yesss! 
My favourite treat, which also happens to be a macro smasher was my Dark Chocolate Raspberry Ripple protein bar 😍😋 with only 285 calories, 22g protein, 34g fibre. I would choose it over a slab of cake any day, it tastes insane and helps me reach my goals 🌟#winwin

I find that most of my meals now smash my macros because I plan in advance to make sure they do exactly that. I've had a few really yummy ones this week with fantastic macros, but my fave has to be last nights Chicken Shish kebabs 🤤😋😍👌 with 687 calories, 55g protein and 15g fibre.

The biggest win this week for me and over this challenge though, is that I've noticed a change in my mindset. The scales are no longer the be all and end all to me. I had another new shiny low this week of 146lbs, which of course gave me such a buzz 🎉🐝, but after taking my measurements and seeing how much I've lost over the last 6 weeks alone, that for me is mind boggling and so much more rewarding! I'm finally embracing my body and loving it for everything it is, I'm confident in my own skin and it may not be perfect (yes I've loose skin and stretch marks), but its perfect to me. I tried on this bikini I bought for our summer holiday and really liked what I saw in the mirror. Now that for me is progress 💛 
This challenge came at the perfect time, it gave me the last push I needed to get to my goal weight and finally be happy with my own reflection. It's kept me motivated and accountable and now I'm so ready to move from fat loss to a maintenance journey 💪 Let's do this!

Down into the ‘10 stone somethings’ now 🤭😳 I was looking through old photos last night and found this one of me on holiday nearly 5 years ago. I didn’t think I was *that* big at the time but it’s like looking at a different person now. I still have the top now and thought a little comparison would be a good idea 😱 (swipe across) 
My weight / fat loss has slowed down quite a lot now I’m back at work. I just don’t have the time and energy to dedicate to the gym as much as I’d like to, but I’m still 3-4 lbs lighter than I was since I started back. Most weeks I’m just on my maintenance calories, but this isn’t a bad thing. I’m not always going to want to lose weight, so it’s good that I’m able to ‘practice’ maintaining a healthy weight and physique

Last night I made my mams speciality....Hot Mexican meatballs!! They were so good!!! Made with 5% pork fat, grated onion, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, mixed into meatballs and fried....the sauce is pasatta, grated onion, garlic, peppers, paprika, dried chillies, hot chilli sauce, sweet chilli sauce and an oxo cube!! I’ve called it 1 syn to be safe because of the sweet chilli sauce!!!

So yesterday on day one of #timeofmonth I was a bit more free with food and calories although not too bad. However today I am back on it!

Absolutely loved this recipe, 13g of protein and approx 400 calories for a decent treat brunch that tasted as good as it looks.
.
I blitzed the following in my @thenutribullet
.1 tbsp @linwoodshealthfoods ground flaxseed .1 tbsp of @freeefoods gluten free flour
.1 tsp of runny honey
.Splash of @kokodairyfree
.1 tsp of almond essencw
.1 tsp of @sweetfreedomuk choc syrup
.2 tbsp of shredded coconut
.1 medium egg
.1 tsp @droetkerbakes gluten free baking powder
.
Fried them off in a lightly coconut oil greased pan. .
Then for the bloobs I just threw some @Tesco frozen blueberries into a pan with 1tsp on sweet freedom and 1tsp of @pbfit.official

✨Porridge chocolaté ✨

Ce matin, c’était petit déjeuner gourmand et surtout hyper consistant. Je ne pense pas avoir faim avec de longues heures.

Pour le porridge : 50grs de flocons d’avoine, 150ml de lait de soja, 20grs de van houten, 20 grs de sirop d’agave, une banane, quelques cranberries, de la noix de coco râpée. Et un petit jus d’orange pressé pour accompagne le tout.

Petit déjeuner à 615 calories avec G96L15P17.

On va calmer les glucides sur le reste de la journée (en particulier le sucre 🙄) Bon dimanche à tous 😘

I would firstly like to give a massive thank you to @saltylifts for the inspiration for this post, it was such a quality post so had to remake it and put my own little twist on it.

I get a lot of questions on how to structure a program for fat loss.

Let’s get this out in the open, program structure does not fucking matter for fat loss. Energy balance is key so energy in, energy out. No program, no diet or anything above will matter if you are eating in a surplus.

Program structure can be useful for gaining mass, increasing strength, sport specific goals, recovery and can compliment fat loss.

المشكلة هي انك تشوف وزنك عالميزان ثابت وقياساتك وشكل جسمك يتغيرون ولا تقتنع انك ماشي صح 🤦🏻‍♂️الميزان مجرد رقم والاهم شكلك يتحسّن ✔️👌🏻

🔹الحل انك تنسى الميزان وتركز على شكل جسمك

🔻ثاني سبب استمرارك على سعرات قليلة لفترة طويلة او ممكن تكون عالية بس لفترة طويلة ايضاً وتعويد جسمك عليها او تبدا بسعرات قليلة و يثبت وزنك ولا تقدر تنزلها اكثر

🔹الحل انك تكسر نظامك بوجبة مفتوحة او فترة مفتوحة توصل الى اسبوع وارجع على سعرات عالية ونزلها بالتدريج (احتمال يزيد وزنك مؤقتاً ويرجع ينزل)

🔻ثالث سبب ماتاخذ حاجتك من الماء💧احياناً مايكون ثبات الوزن من الدهون فقط ممكن يكون من السوائل

🔹 الحل خذ حاجتك من الماء للشباب ٣ لتر والبنات ٢ونص لتر عالاقل .

🔻رابع سبب النوم سيئ وكثرة السهر 😴 النوم هو اللي يكون فيه بناء العضل وحرق الدهون 🔥يعني اذا نومك سيئ لا تستغرب ماتشوف نتايج وبالمقابل السهر يعطل بناء العضل وحرق الدهون 👎🏻

🔹الحل حاول يكون نومك بالليل تنام ساعات كافية وتقلل من السهر ( بتكلم عن النوم وجودته في موضوع لحاله)

🔻اسباب صحية مثلاً اذا عندك فقر دم او نقص بالحديد او نقص في ڤايتمين د واذا ماتعرف انصحك تفحص ڤايتمين د لان كثير من الناس عندهم نقص ولا يعرفون .
