🍇Located in Napa valley California, Yountville is in the heart of the wine country, and it is one of the most charming towns I have ever visited. This mile and a half stretch has less than 3,000 inhabitants, but it is densely packed with culinary marvels. The legendary chef Thomas Keller has Ad Hoc Addendum (@adhoc_addendum )along with two Michelin star restaurants here at Yountville; The French Laundry (@_tfl_ ) and The Bouchon Bistro (@bouchon_bistro). I highly recommend making your reservation at least a few months in advance to The French Laundry, hence it is one of the most sought after spots in the entire country. The Bouchon Bistro is a must go for brunch, make sure you try their chicken and waffles, and you will remember this experience forever. For pizza lovers Reddwood (@redd.wood ) is a no brainer. Their crust is to die for, and their warm olives are out of this world. And finally one of my all time favorites, this cozy, family run gem called Bistro Jeanty (@bistro.jeanty) by chef Philippe Jeanty. This is a slice of everyday life from France. Close your eyes and pick anything from the menu, surely you will have a multi sensory experience.
The weather is so pleasant especially this time of the year that you must allow ample time for peaceful walks or bike rides around the neighborhood amongst mustard flowers and organic gardens.
Last but not least, Yountville is also a home to many charming hotels but one in particular; Hotel Yountville (@hotelyountville). I just want to extend my deepest gratitudes to the entire team for making our stay incredibly memorable🙏🏼. The warming fireplace and the bottle of wine to welcome us to our room were amazing gestures, not to mention the turndown service with delicious chocolates every night.
In the end, we take all these memories back home with us with a smile, while leaving a part of our hearts in this most romantic town. Promise to be back soon,
With Love,✨ Caro🙏🏼
