Même en vacance, je réfléchis à ma prochaine prise de masse. J’ai pris 5 kg depuis l’été dernier. Et je compte en reprendre 5 autres pour l’été prochaine. Pour l’instant rien à foutre du 6 pack 😂. Ah bah oui khey il faut ce qu'il faut. Trop de personnes se mettent à sécher alors qu'ils n'ont pas suffisamment de masse pour entamer une sécher. Ils se retrouvent avec des abdos mais aucune carrure. Je pars d’une base skinny fat, je prends donc mon temps pour prendre du poids afin de limiter la prise de gras. Je ferai ma première sèche d’ici 1 ans après 3 ans de pratique inchallah. 
A partir du moment où tu es patient et régulier, tu peux aboutir à tes fins sans pour autant te prendre la tête. J’aimerai à travers mon compte te montrer qu’il est possible d’aboutir à un bon niveau sans pour autant se tuer à la salle, ni à la diet et sans complément alimentaire.

Additions to the #coaching programs:
Because a lot of beginning athletes ask for a list of what to eat on a daily basis (because they are new to the IIFYM way of dieting) we now provide a full day of eating adjusted to your personalized macro’s with the nutrition plans. We hope that this will help new athletes to get used to the IIFYM way of dieting.

For the workout programs we also have something new coming! We want to build them specifically on how advanced each muscle group from the athlete is. This will result in different amounts of volume for different body parts. By adding this personalized data into the program the athlete will make optimal progress. Also we will work on imbalances by implementing this factor.

Business updates:
Last weekend we went over some social media marketing with the man @jorrickwieten from WBM Agency! Thank you Jorrick for putting your time and effort in us. We will make sure that you didn’t waist your time!

Ayyyyyyyyy it’s #transformationtuesday and these are some arm things I was going to post for you before my accident! I’ve found that for me, training shoulders and biceps together actually works EXTREMELY well and I get a very good amount of blood flow going. I did these exercises in a pyramid adding one on after my initial superset. Give it a shot! Maybe it’ll work for you! Maybe you’ll hate me for recommending this! Normally I do Heavy Bent Over Rows or Rack Pulls...but today I decided to go for some heavy weight Chin Ups.

Ventured up to 40kgs for almost 5...and no I'm not lying, I don't have millions of followers to try and bullshit 😂 (if you look on the right side, you can see a distant reflection of me).

Following this, I did some:
• Pullovers
• Face Pulls
• Single Arm (and single foot) Rows
• Bodyweight Back Extensions as a finisher.

Legs tomorrow, hopefully back isn't too trashed from today.

Leg day this morning, and @juliajanelle_ifbb_pro drove the workout like I was her cart mule. 🤣 Seriously, though, she went HEAVY, and I rose to the challenge.  Not sure I'll be able to walk by the end of the work day, since now I'm desk-bound until 5:30.  Plenty of time for my muscles to marinate in all that lactic acid.  So, we'll see.  Great morning!

If you haven’t noticed already, my calories have stayed the same, yet 2 weeks ago my weight did not decrease as expected. However, you should always wait at least 2 weeks before you think of dropping your calories again, which is clearly shown by my weight loss last week.

- weight lost = 1.01kg

If you haven’t noticed already, my calories have stayed the same, yet 2 weeks ago my weight did not decrease as expected. However, you should always wait at least 2 weeks before you think of dropping your calories again, which is clearly shown by my weight loss last week.

Today is another big day for Ohio State recruiting. If we land 4 ⭐️ DB Lathan Ransom we will move up to #2 in the 2020 recruiting class rankings. If we land Lathan we will not been done landing huge stars.

Well that was one of the weirdest sensations I’ve ever experienced. 180kg, 397lbs. X4, x3 rpe 8. My first use of bands for squats. The intention of which is to help my vertical jump. The bands working the whole range of motion with a more consistent weight throughout. Walking out with 180kg felt like “WTF am I doing?”, but said “just trust that it works. Sure enough the weight gets lighter as you go down, and actually encourages really good depth as it feels lighter the more you go into the hole. One thing that I’ve learned so far on this prep is that each day can be very different. You wake up one day feeling fantastic - scale weight is down, cardio flies by, workout goes great and not overly hungry or stressed about anything ✅

The next day you wake up and it can be the complete opposite. Each little task feels like a monumentous effort, your legs feel like lead, you’re getting annoyed at stupid things and that negativity starts creeping in 😤

And as weird as it sounds, I find them bad days just as enjoyable as the good (in a completely different way) because I know they’re helping me grow. Prep throws so much sh*t at you and the ability to dig your heels in, remain disciplined and keep ticking them boxes is something that I know will benefit me in all areas of life moving forward, not just fitness 👌

And I think competing gets a lot of hate with people saying it’s unsafe etc (and it can be for sure) - but I think it has plenty of positives too and callousing your mind and raising your tolerance to the grind (as they say) is definitely one of them 👊
