Back at it again
Back and Shoulders today was a pretty nice workout. Starting to notice the traps, lats, and shoulders getting big though - this is what I've been waiting for. Maintaining that weight too!
Some stuff felt heavy today but that's mostly because my shoulder started giving me fits... Clavicular Arthritis can suck it. I really need to start doing therapy exercises to build it up to where it won't be as much of an issue but I don't let it effect me.

We live in a time where often, a dying generation still approaches a visibly tatted person with extreme ignorance. But when I look at all the stories on my bod, all the sh*t I did in my life..good, bad,admirable..faded pieces, new new, some that cover even older pieces..I can’t imagine NOT having them. This is a another glimpse of self-care for my left shoulder (right too). I usually do more on my left due to an old injury. I have no pain, but right now I feel as though the top of my left shoulder is a big solid clump. Sometimes I get that feeling 1 or 2 days after lifting.

I have a sensation of my left shoulder being too connected to my neck...like there’s shrink wrap suctioning the area together. 😝 The band helps to block/slow down my shoulder and to disassociate it from my neck as I move.

The band is also a load to my upper trap and it’s gripping my skin a bit too, helping to shear the tissues on the top of my left shoulder while I move. Feels real good.🤡

▪️neck CARs; 3/4 circles mostly, with motion going away from my left shoulder working through different tensions of the tissues that go from the shoulder into the neck.
▪️right 3D arm driver with head/eyes still, to facilitate a chain reaction in my left shoulder (and hips) and relative motion of my neck from the bottom-up. The combination creates even more disassociation of my left shoulder from my neck.
