107.5, 125, 132.5, 90kg. I not sure whether the world had compare human mechanics with hydraulic mechanics but I recently had this thought that this 2 are so much alike.
Hydraulic mechanics is making use of technology to create pressure(tension) through atmospheric(air) or fluid(water) to keep thing moving. The pressure is always constantly created to allow the mechanism to accelerate and decelerate movement. Just like our muscle we contract to create tension to shorten(accelerate)/ lengthen(decelerate) during movement to prevent damage to the structure (tendon or any collagen membrane).
When you are doing hypertrophy training be it strength or endurance volume, you should keep the tension constant throughout which mean you don't stop moving until you hit your limit (muscle failure). This is often hard to reach by most ppl as they usually stop when they feel the burn or they completed the reps count. So instead of thinking about how much reps you need to do in order to hit failure why not imagine your body as a hydraulics machine, constantly creating tension till it reach the max pressure and stop moving by itself. You don't stop the move, you only stop when it can't move.
My preference tempo for failure set is to start with 2020 and gradually increase to 4040 as I start to get more fatigue. It is easy to move fast and maintaining form when you are fresh. The level of focus will drop as u get fatigue and it make more sense to me to move even slower when I reaching that failure rep. #deadlift #myenglish #thoughtsabouttraining #thickbardeadlift #noDMAA

122.5, 147.5, 90 and a post workout pic.... Hehe still got it after 2 pint of ice cream last 5 days and 2 consecutive mac and burger king meal yesterday. #noDMAA #thickbardeadlift #deadlift #noegolifting #lightweightformost 
PS: no heavy lifting will not make you lean without proper dieting. Get the foundation first then it will be easy to play around with food. My calories intake for the whole week still probably within my maintenance even with all these junk food.

Man arbeitet Tage, Monate, Jahre an den eigenen Schwächen um sich einen Traum zu erfüllen.

Erst die Jungs @andrepatris und @jeromedesire haben mir gezeigt wie ich weiter komme und die Fehler ausmerzen kann. Ganz zu schweigen von der täglichen Motivation die die beiden ausstrahlen. Danke Jungs 💪

In den letzten Wochen und Monaten hatte ich überkrasse Steigerungen. Trotz Diät habe ich mich in den Übungen die ich gehasst und lieben gelernt habe im Schnitt um 30 bis 50 KG steigern können. Und genau in diesem Moment wo es läuft, man Fortschritte sieht, man einigermaßen zufrieden ist, genau dann kommt diese eine kleine Bewegung die alles zerstört.

Für mich hat sich das Oberkörpertraining erstmal erledigt.
