The reason I particularly like this one is that it’s 260mls, so it fits perfectly into my bag and isn’t too heavy (I found I wasn’t using my 500ml bottle because it was bulky and heavy so I gave it to my husband 😘😂)

My little #rebel in the taxi. 😂😂
She was sat there without a clue. Hilarious and typical Lou. Great fun shopping with my baby girl today. Was nice to get her out of the house for a change. Plus it helped my step count for the day and hers. She also had chance to pick some #glutenfree food and help choose some healthy meals for the family. 
Even though my fibro was hurting my back and legs, I've obv been working my arms well with my #weights because last time I did the food shop on my own I could only just about lift one bag of shopping on my own at a time. Today I had four bags of shopping, two in each arm, heavy bags, carrying them from the taxi to the house. Sure, with my fibro playing up it prob wasn't the wisest move but it also felt good to know my strength is coming back.  For that short moment I felt great knowing my arms are gaining strength again. What do you choose?

Everything is your choice. How do you look? How do you feel? How was your body running? It’s your choice. 
People don’t like to hear that, me included, because it means gulp… We are responsible.😳 Your level of fitness? Your choice. Your level of nutrition, your choice. Your happiness? Your choice. 
What’s the first thing you thought of when you read that? Did your thoughts go to how difficult it is? Or reasons why you can’t accomplish it? Maybe some unlucky things that have happened to you? Don’t worry. That’s because you have a very NORMAL brain. 
But you need to be very very aware that your brain often has wrong, misguided thoughts about your capability. All in the best intentions of course (to keep you safe and in the cave) but still utterly wrong about you. I say that out loud to myself several times every day. “ Dear brain, you are wrong about me. I am capable. I am safe. You can take a seat.” Be clear about what you want. Do not listen to your brain’s warning flags. Go after it and refuse to be waylaid from this pursuit. Take wrong turns, fall down, get cranky, but press on. It’s your choice. It really is. 
And it’s really nice to know, I think, that you’re not alone.  Your brain works the same as mine and everyone else’s. It’s this thing called being human. Now deep breath  with intention and focus on that choice again this morning.

That’s totes coconut water 😉🤫 Lord knows we had such a great time (other than when I gave my poor husband a heart attack when I blacked out from being over heated and dehydrated 😬🤦🏼‍♀️) but it’s always nice after a while to come home to your own place, bed, and routine. ☺️ It’s been a great start to the week after vacation too! Getting to touch base with my clients over the last few days and finishing my @precisionnutrition course and earning the certification this morning! This course was among my New Years resolutions to do and it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it to any fitness and/or nutrition coach even if you have a past of studying it. I eat a BIG breakfast, but I LOVE breakfast 🍳. If you aren’t a breakfast eater, don’t worry, don’t stress, don’t ignore this advice. Hear me out 👂🏻 You aren’t REQUIRED to eat “breakfast” or even “breakfast foods”. Find the healthy foods that you do like to eat, whenever that first meal of the day is, and front load your calories. ⁉️Why⁉️
☝🏻You have alllll day to burn those calories. Most people eat a huge dinner and then sleep on tons of calories. If you eat heavy in the morning then your entire day of movement will be spent using those calories for fuel. ✌🏻I find when I eat a big and nutrient dense first meal, I’m actually LESS hungry throughout the day. I snack on less junk and I can generally make better decisions about my nutrition because I’m not starving and desperate for food the rest of the day. This saves me a ton of calories!

Today I had a waffle, three scrambled eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach and an iced coffee to drink. (I told you it’s a lot!) Moral of the story: Good nutrition, maintaining a healthy weight and feeling good means you still get to EAT!  You just have to pay attention to how and what it is that you’re using for fuel.
