این خوشمزه دلبر رو اگر جو پرک دوست ندارید اصلا امتحان نکنید چون دوستش نخواهید داشت😊😊😊
اما برای درست کردنش نیاز داریم به: 
جو پرک ۲ و ۱/۴ پیمانه، آرد ۱/۴ پیمانه، تخم مرغ درشت ۱ عدد، کره به دمای محیط رسیده ۱۲۰ گرم، شکر قهوه ای ۳/۴ پیمانه، بکینگ پودر ۱/۲ ق چ، دارچین ۱/۲ ق چ، وانیل مایع ۱/۲ ق چ، نمک ۱ پنس، شکلات چیپسی ۱ پیمانه که من بجاش کرنبری خشک ریختم
برای درست کردنش: آرد، نمک، بکینگ پودر و دارچین رو با هم مخلوط کنید
کره و شکر قهوه ای رو ۲-۱ دقیقه با دور تند همزن خوب بزنید، تخم مرغ و وانیل رو اضافه کنید و با همزن بزنید تا خوب مخلوط بشن، دیگه همزن رو بذارید کنار، آرد رو اضافه کنید و با لیسک مواد رو مخلوط کنید تا یکدست بشه، حالا جو پرک رو اضافه کنید و بعد از اینکه مواد رو خوب با هم مخلوط کردین شکلات چیپسی رو اضافه کنید که من کرنبری خشک اضافه کردم، مواد رو خوب مخلوط کنید، کف سینی فر کاغذ روغنی انداخته و از مواد به اندازه یه گردو توی دستتون گرد کنید و روی کاغذ بذارید، مواد رو با لیسک کمی فشار بدین تا یه کم پهن بشه و در فر ۱۸۰ درجه طبقه وسط فر بمدت ۱۲-۱۰ دقیقه بپزید، کوکی ها رو از فر بیرون بیارید و بعد از اینکه سرد شدن از کاغذ روغنی جدا کنید و در ظرف بچینید

و اما:
* اگر شکر قهوه ای نداشتین میتونید شکر سفید بریزین که اونوقت رنگ کوکی ها روشنتر خواهد بود
** میتونید بجای شکلات چیپسی از گردو خرد شده، کشمش و میوه های خشک به دلخواهتون استفاده کنید
*** میتونید دارچین رو حذف و بجاش از زست لیمو استفاده کنید
**** میتونید مقدار دارچین رو به ۱/۴ تقلیل بدین
***** میتونید اندازه کوکی ها رم به دلخواهتون کوچکتر یا مثل من بزرگتر بگیرید، من قیافه های دفرمه کوکی رو دوست دارم اما اگر میخواین کوکی هاتون یکدست باشه از اسکوپ بستی استفاده کنید
و در آخر این که اصلا اصلا اصلا از کاغذ روغنی ایرانی استفاده نکنید مگر این که خوب چربش کرده باشید وگرنه مسئولیت چسبیدن کوکیها به کاغذ روغنی با خودتونه😅😅😅 قوطی جو دوسر مورد استفاده ام هم در عکس دوم هست اما میتونید یا جو پرک معمولی هم این کوکی رو درست کنید

Happy Wednesday loves! These oats were the best I’ve had in a while! So good! dEATS: 3/4 cup quick oats (girl was hungry today), 1/2 cup @silk coconut milk, 2 scoops @drinkorgain vanilla protein powder, 5 grams brown sugar, a whole lot of cinnamon, and 1/2 cup water. Microwave for 3 min., stir, then 2 more minutes and top with @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips and @sunbutter (mine was mixed in). Try to let it cool because it’s even better that way!

Jealousy and pride often come with comparison, and that will take root and we’ll have to deal with it for the rest of our lives if we let it flourish. So if we’re dealing with any of these things, we need to ask for help from the Lord, because only He can help us through. I pray that if you’re dealing with envy, selfishness, pride, or comparison, you will be set free from its bondage and the Lord will give you the strength to overcome; and I pray that we’ll all be careful that we don’t fall into these traps. We got through the first week. I'm down like 2 lbs....so nice start. Keeping to calorie counting and trying to stay accountable. Not feeling well with my Adenomyosis lately, so it's a struggle....it's been a long time since I've been below my current tens bracket. Combine 1/3 cup quick oats, 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp pure maple syrup, and 1-2 tbsp peanut butter powder together on the stove.
Core and chop a medium sized apple. Once liquid is soaked up move to bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped apple. And of course top it with a heaping tbsp of peanut butter 🤤

Porridge or Oatmeal - depending which side of the pond you are. Such a filling and delicious start to the day!

There are a thousand ways to jazz up your porridge so I doubt you need a recipe from me. Although whether you have it warm or enjoy cool overnight oats I would highly recommend stirring a dollop of coconut milk in (the tinned kind that’s usually used for curries). They are a very good source of fiber, especially beta glucan, and are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Whole oats are the only food source of avenanthramides, a unique group of antioxidants believed to protect against heart disease.

Due to their many benefits, such as lowering blood sugar and cholesterol levels, oats have gained considerable attention as a health food (deservedly so). The carbs in oats are mostly starches and fiber. Oats pack more protein and fat than most other grains and are a good source of beta glucan, a unique, soluble fiber linked to multiple health benefits.

Oats offer high amounts of many vitamins and minerals, such as manganese, phosphorus, copper, B vitamins, iron, selenium, magnesium, and zinc.

Oats are the only dietary source of powerful antioxidants called avenathramides. They also contain ferulic acid and phytic acid.

Experts attribute oats with a wide variety of health benefits, including lower blood pressure and reduced risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes.

Oats are not glutenous but contain a similar type of protein called avenin. Clinical studies indicate that moderate or even large amounts of pure oats can be tolerated by most people with celiac disease. Oats have been shown to enhance the nutritional value of gluten-free diets, increasing both mineral and fiber intakes. However, oats may be contaminated with wheat because they’re often processed in the same facilities. So make sure to check the label!

maple syrup
1-2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
fresh or frozen blueberries
sliced banana
diced apples
chia seeds
coconut flakes
chopped dates or raisins
chopped walnuts or almonds
hemp or ground flaxseeds
sprinkle of cinnamon
