second of all...
i ran out of rolled oats so i cooked a big batch of steel-cut oats for the week. for this bowl, i mixed about 150g of the oats, with 1 TB chia seeds and 1/4 full fat coconut milk, and left in the fridge overnight. i had to blend the coconut milk to make it smooooothe bc it separated in the can. i also refrigerated the leftover coconut milk in a jar, and by morning, it had thickened into this yogurty cream that i used to top the oats with☝🏼, along with granola, banana, juicy blackberries, and nut+seed butter😜was gonna top the bowl with coconut flakes but forgot🤷🏻‍♀️😊

4️⃣ Protein powder - stir into oats after they've cooked. this a great option if you don't eat eggs or dairy because you can use a #plantbased protein powder and still get a good amount of protein. I really like @idealraw. 
5️⃣ Nut butter, nuts or seeds - these options might not add as much protein as the others but they're still a great option and also add a dose of healthy fats that will help keep you full and satisfied. .

was so inspired by @wakeupandsmelltherosay 😍so I made these tHICC Chia seed pudding CHOCOLATE overnight oats 👌🏻🍓❤️ so, SO yummy and I actually went to bed the previous night being excited for breakfast 😂 didn’t exactly follow her recipe so here’s mine below!! But do check her out 😉 ———————————

Combine 1/3 cup rolled oats with some raisins, cacao nibs, maple syrup, coconut flakes, nuts/seeds, 1 tps Chia seeds, cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 banana and 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. MIX and keep in a closed container, put in the fridge overnight. Take out in the morning 🌞 and TOP with peanut butter and fruits!!! ENJOYYYYY

Hello everyone ❤️ I forgot to post yesterday’s breakfast so here it is: steel cut oat porridge with apple, cinnamon, tahini and pumpkin seeds 😍 -
Today I found out my exam results!! 😵 My grades dropped quite a bit from last year but I gave it a good shot and I’m still proud of the hard work I’ve put in 😊 a year ago I was in quite a bad place both mentally and physically, despite getting high grades, and this year I tried to prioritise spending time with people I care about, getting lots of rest, improving my body image and re-normalising my relationship with food. And maybe my grades might have suffered a bit as a result, because I wasn’t putting in as many hours of work. But I’m a much healthier and happier person now, I’m not restricting at all and I’ve started to really enjoy socialising again so I don’t regret anything 😊 In September I’ll be starting clinical school, which means I’ll get to interact with patients and learn how to be an actual doctor 😵😵it’s going to be really different to all the basic science I’ve been doing so far but I’m really looking forward to it 😊

На завтрак я каждое утро ем овсянку с отрубями. Иногда варю на молоке🥛, а иногда на воде. Чаще всего посыпаю корицей, семенами чиа или добавляю в какао при готовке. Обязательно дополняю её фруктами, орехами, сухофруктами+🥜 паста или 🍫. Съедаю ложку льняной клетчатки.

❤️Перекусы❤️

У меня их два: один в ≈10:00-10:30, а второй где-то в 16:30-17:00. Тут уже каждый раз что-то новое. Иногда это смузи, иногда кефир+батончик. Могу съесть яблоки с 🥜 пастой или просто смесь орехов.

⠀
Предпочитаю что-то белковое+углеводы+жиры. В обед ем много овощей(салат или просто), просто обожаю авокадо и сыр🧀, яйца, курицу, рыбу🐟. Из каш предпочитаю гречку, овсянку, ржаные хлопья или ц/з макароны.

На ужин у меня творог. Беру 200 г творога 5% от Молокия. Добавляю к нему йогурты, шоколад, орехи, сухофрукты. Также это обязательно фрукты, ягоды🍓🍐🍍

Godmorgon & välkommen måndag! Betyder en ny vecka - nya tag & möjligheter/utmaningar! Jag börjar dagen med att ta lite sovmorgon men såklart så ska jag vakna automatiskt runt 6-7 tiden i och med mina rutiner. Men som tur vad kunde jag somna om och vaknade nyss igen. Fick sovmorgon så det var skönt. Planen idag är att bege mig mot gymmet innan jag beger mig till sjukgymnasten, har tid kl. 13.00 och sedan ska jag direkt till jobbet då jag börjar jobba 14.30-21. Detta innebär att jag ska försöka få in ett gympass iallafall. Sedan sjukgymnast besök, jobb, hem & sova. •

fiocchi di avena
latte 
frutta fresca e quello che più vi pare (granola, noci, sciroppo d’acero/miele, ecc.)

COME SI PREPARA 🥣
cuocere i fiocchi di avena nel latte la sera prima e mettere i fiocchi di avena in frigorifero tutto la notte;
al mattino aggiungere frutta fresca, ecc.
.
CONSIGLI ✅
far cuocere 1/2 minuti in più rispetto al solito così che i fiocchi si solidificheranno meglio durante la notte
.
per avere un frozen porridge COLORATO ho aggiunto durante l’ultimo minuto di cottura 4 more schiacciate con la forchetta (ma anche bianco va bene!)

🍎 Jak już kiedyś Wam wspominałam, u nas na śniadanie króluje owsianka. Dużo znajomych osób bardzo się dziwi widząc, z jakim apetytem nasze dzieci ją pałaszują. A sekret tkwi w tym, że... im po prostu smakuje! 😍 A dlaczego? Unikając przetworzonego jedzenia przyzwyczajamy dzieci do naturalnych smaków, a warzywa i owoce zjadamy WSZYSCY, a nie że w dziecko wpychamy brokuła, "bo jest zdrowy", a sami brzydzimy się go nawet dotknąć 😉 🍎 Pamiętajmy, że dzieci kopiują nasze zachowania, także w kwestii spożywanych pokarmów.
🍎 Zatem, dawajmy naszym dzieciom dobry przykład i jedzmy więcej warzyw i owoców w naturalnej postaci (np. surowe jabłko, zamiast ciastka z jabłkami, bo to nie to samo! 😀). 🍎 Wprowadźmy do naszej codziennej diety także owsiankę. Komuś może się ona kojarzyć z bezbarwną i mdłą breją, ale spójrzcie na zdjęcie poniżej - jak dodacie orzechy i owoce, to owsianka nabierze barw i sama będzie wchodzić do buzi 😋 🍎 Pewnie niektórzy będą się tłumaczyć, że oni chętnie zaczynaliby dzień od zdrowej owsianki, ale niestety nie mają rano czasu na jej gotowanie... Enjoy some delicious porridge sitting on the balcony 💕😋 gm oatmeal porridge with soy yogo, cacao nibs, chia, linseed, strawberry, nuts, and a huge tablespoon peanut butter • ❥  to make:  coconut milk (canned), splash of water, old fashion oats, linseed, chia, nuts, yogo, fresh strawberry, PB, maple if desired.

Nem tudom ébren voltatok -e még tegnap 22:30 körül amikor az az istentelen durva villámlàs kezdődött. Mostanában már azt hittem nem félek a viharoktól, mert sokkal inkább lenyűgöz, de most frankón el kellett húznom a sötétítőt, hogy ne làssam. Valami elkèpesztő gyönyörű és félelmetes is volt egyben. Örülök, hogy a reggel sokkal békésebb. Gm zabpehely, konzerv kókusztejjel felfőzve (ettől lesz csak igazán krémes), chia- és lenmaggal az emésztés megtàmogatàsàra. Szórtam rá pirított magvakat, szója joghurttal locsoltam, és negyedeltem pár epret, meg kanalaztam mellé egy brutál mogyoróvaj adagot. ⠀⠀

-Pour 1 cup water and 1/2 cup oats into a pot and bring to a boil, stirring continually.
-Add a tbsp cocoa powder, a tsp sugar, a dash of salt and a dash of cinnamon. Stir until combined.
-Remove from heat and add a splash of milk, and stir.
-Pour into a bowl, and top with Nutella, granola chunks and fresh blueberries
