This is by far my new favorite ice cream bar of theirs. The chocolate chips and caramel swirl have won me over😌😝

Ingredients
.
- 1 can chickpeas, drained (275g)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 24g oat flour (or coconut)
- 100g unsweetened applesauce
- 4 tbsp @waldenfarmsinternational pancake syrup
- a pinch of salt
.
In a blender, blend together chickpeas, salt, unsweetened applesauce, Walden farms, and vanilla extract. Remove contents from blender and fold in protein powder and oat flour. It should come out thick and pretty dry. Spoon 1/3 recipe into a skillet (mine is 5 inches 1/2” thick) sprayed with non stick spray. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes for a perfect consistency. Top with goodies😋

breakfast before training, ☀️today is hard leg training and cheat day.  This is my first cheat day in a long time!  so I started it neatly ... a plate of yogurt #Alpro with coconut and a lot of fruits +coffee with milk

PROTEIN ZOATS
I was scrolling down YouTube and came across a @zacperna video that had oats in the thumbnail.
I just HAD to watch the video and try that oat recipe out!
It goes as follows:
60g oats
1/2 zucchini (courgette)
1 scoop protein powder
Frozen berries
Boiling water

All you have to do is cover the oats in a bit of boiling water and microwave. Add the zucchini and microwave again. Add the berries and protein powder and mix well. Enjoy!
It actually tastes really good. You get a lot of volume from the added zucchini, and it’s quite filling because of that and the protein powder. You can notice the zucchini in it but it’s not offensive. The oats still power through. The protein and berries flavour it so it’s not like an oaty vegetable stew. The fact that the zucchini is peeled means there is no bitterness from the skin, and overall it’s a sweet breakfast. 
I’m going it a 7.6/10 porridge points!
Try it out! You may like it.

I really wanted a nice bowl of oats this morning but as I’m about to race out of the door for a 4 hour road trip to Cornwall.. my stovetop fiasco was out of the question 🚙

Enter #meggwhiteoats again! I love how quick these are and how flexible .. they can be as runny or as thick as you like depending on how much you cook them or the amount of liquid. And I sometimes get fed up of protein powder and this still packs a protein punch! 🥊

Poppy seed oats topped with blueberries, strawberries, apricots, cashew butter and berry chia pudding!🍓🍒🍇🍯
This chia pudding was the best I’ve made so far. We had some like stewed berries so I took some of that and mixed it in my chia pudding along with a little bit of honey. Before I put it in the fridge it had a really nice pink colour. I don’t know where that dissapeared! It was also the thickest chia pudding I’ve made!! So delicious! I love to eat it with warm oatmeal underneath😋

Sokan gondolkoznak azon mi is az ami igazán boldoggá tesz. Tárgyaktól várjuk a boldogságot mint a pénz, magas beosztás stb. Vagy azt gondoljuk hogy egy jó kajától vagy édességtōl boldogabbak leszünk, és ezért tele tömjük magunkat mindennel ami csak az útunkba kerűl. Sajnos ez meg nagyon súlyos testi és egyben lelki betegségeket hozhat magával amivel én sajnos még mai napig küszködök. Közben a boldogságot és a jó kedvet nem lehet dolgokkal elérni. Nem mi szabályozzuk ōket hanem jönnek maguktól.
Én egy olyan ember vagyok aki szereti a kezében tudni az irányítást és sajnos én is nagyon sokszor tudatosan akarom hogy jó kedvem legyen. Ezen a téren nagyon sokat kell még fejlōdnöm. :
Ami viszont mindig picit jobb kedvre derít az az hogy átgondolom mim is van. Van családom aki szeret, van hol laknom, van mit ennem, van arra esélyem hogy a testemnek mindent megadjak amire szüksége van, el tudok járni edzōterembe.... :

Legs today were a killer. I could barely walk afterward. That’s how you know it was a good session.

for HOT oats: cook the oats in 1/2 cup water for 5 min, then remove from heat and add all other ingredients plus almond milk until desired consistency, mix, and add toppings.

Just don’t leave it for too long or you’ll come back to a @hersheys pool.. though to be fair that’s a pool I’d gladly dive into 🤤
As per normal @hersheys bars this melted like a dream, as you can tell. 
Standard banana ring of course along with an @optimumnutrition.au Peanut Butter Protein Crunch bar and @fibreoneuk doing some bits in here as well. 
Hit a pull workout this morning! Did well for running on just under 5 hours sleep. Beltless deadlifts felt great, hit 4 x 6 at 120kg so I’m stoked with that. 
Added an extra rep to all of my lat pulldown sets. Grow lats grow!

HIGH SCHOOL IS OVER!!! 🥳

15/15 exams written over the past 2 weeks. Hella stressful but so glad it’s done. It’s crazy to think I’ve had to write 15 exams just to graduate. 🤭People doing the regular Ontario HS curriculum (OSSD) just write 6 exams, 5 only if they take an art. Only IB students like @max.and.macros will understand the extent of the IB workload 😪

Celebratory sushi is on the cards for today’s lunch! 🍣Of course I had to order the fave, a Chirashi sushi bowl! I can always appreciate fresh fish atop soft fluffy Japanese rice.🥰
