Today I tried @madeleineolivia chocolate orange porridge recipe 🍊🍫, and oh my goodness was it yummy! I never thought that the combination of orange and chocolate would be tasty but it seriously was. I took note of the recipe just incase you guys wanted to try it, trust me it’s really good. I halved the ingredients to make half of the recipe for myself because I wasn’t sure if it was a lot, but honestly I wanted more, next time I’m making the full thing 😂. The only thing I didn’t halve was the maple syrup because I wanted more sweetness personally so I did add the full Tbsp of maple syrup, and instead of cacao powder I used really dark chocolate because the cacao powder I have isn’t so good in oats so I need to buy a better one, aaand I didn’t have almond milk so I added a Tbsp of almond butter for the creaminess. Hello foodies we are back with our another health and tasty recipe hope you'll like it.

Dish:-Healthy baked oats puri .
INGREDIENTS 
1/2 cup oats flour , refer handy tip
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
2 tsp black sesame seeds (kala til)
2 tbsp low-fat curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling

METHOD 
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a stiff dough using enough water.
Divide the dough into 20 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 75 mm. (3”) diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
Prick the rolled out puris with a fork at regular intervals.
Arrange them on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 20 minutes, turning them once after 10 minutes or till they turn crisp.
Serve or store in an air-tight container.

To get ½ cup of oats flour, blend ½ cup of quick cooking rolled oats in a mixer to a smooth powder.

Sprouted oatmeal with blackberries , bananas 🍌, cinnamon, and peanut butter syrup. First I started my morning with all this watermelon 🍉. Worked in the yard for a couple of hours and had my oats.  Peanut butter syrup made with peanut butter powder and maple syrup. 💙New day, New start. It's that time of my cycle—and I have a really busy schedule, with a party at our house tonight, grocery shopping to be done, a business photoshoot, a singing workshop, and a new puppy (I know, crazy weekend!)—so, lots of grace, as much rest as I can, and plenty of nourishing foods over the next few days. Last night I had ice cream. It was delicious🙂 When I want a treat I ask myself, “do I really want it?” If I decide I do and it’s not just an emotional response or FOMO (it’s for real, you guys), I have some of what I want, just as much as I want. Enough to satisfy, but not so much I feel stuffed or regretful. Sometimes that’s a spoonful, sometimes that’s a bowl. Other times, I decide I actually just want an apple and I eat that instead #intuitiveeating •🥣: oats // honey // cinnamon // natural yoghurt // peaches 🥬🏋️‍♀️💙 #goodishness .

Ce matin j'avais envie de pancakes mais aussi de flocons d'avoine... Et bien c'est possible et très facile à faire 😊

Les ingrédients je les mélange au pif !
- flocons d'avoine (broyés dans le mixeur )
- 1/2 banane écrasée
- 1 oeuf (si vous voulez replacer par de la purée de pomme ça marche aussi)
- lait d'amande
- un tout petit peu de levure
.

Cuire d'un côté avec couvert 3, 4 minutes jusqu'à ce que la pâte prenne, retourner et cuire sans couvert l'autre côté 1 minute ou 2! Experimentez et faites ce qui vous plaît !

Recipe:
* 1 cup rolled oats

Nunca pensé decir esto pero últimamente he comido demasiados waffles... hoy volví a desayunar avena y recordé que rica 🤤 es y fácil de hacer! Comparto este #oatmealbowl para reiterar mi ❤ por la avena ! 👆avena de chocolate 🍫Cocinada en agua, yo dejo la avena remojando en agua toda la noche, y por la mañana la cocino en la misma 💦 y cuando obtengo la consistencia que me gusta ya está lista! El cacao en polvo se agrega al final 😊 y pueden echarle in chorrito de bebida dealmendras o soja y jarabe de maple para endulzar! Serví con mantequilla de 🥜🍌y frambuesas!

Avena “overnight” con frutos secos, fresas y banana o guineo maduro. Sin necesidad de cocinarla...ya sabéis que estoy sin gas en casa 😅 Es una buenísima opción, dejo toda la noche los copos de avena cubiertos con leche de almendras (o cualquier tipo de leche), en este caso le añadí un plátano maduro chafado para prescindir de Azúcar añadida, una cucharada de #peanutbutter y pelin de sal. Esta mañana he mezclado (he añadido un poquito más de leche de almendras hasta obtener el espesor deseado) y he añadido nueces de pecan picadas y fresas. Esta buenísimo y es biennn saciante. Al que le guste más la avena caliente, la puede meter 1 minutito al micro. Friday! We made it. ✨✨A pomegranate cherry and vanilla granola parfait was very welcome after my swim this morning. How to 👇 I'm so tired after my track session last night but it was loads of fun though, and is starting to feel so much less scary. Got to get through the day as tonight I'm off to a vegan Japanese super club. Can't wait! 😜Hope you have a lovely Friday!

To make:
- Toast 1/4 cup oats in a pan for a minute or two.
- Add a little handful of nuts,  unsweetened coconut, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, to the pan and toast for a further minute.
- Turn off the heat and add a heaped teaspoon of maple syrup, a dash of vanilla and give everything a good stir.
- Spread out on parchment paper to cool and sprinkle with sea salt. It'll be ready to break up into clusters in about 10 or 15 minutes.
- Add pomegranate seeds to the bottom of a glass, add a spoonful of granola, then a spoonful of vanilla yogurt (I used @alpro not sponsored!), a few banana slices, and cherries and continue to layer up until the glass is full.
- Top with more cherries and peanut butter!
- Enjoy!

Creamy overnight oats
(small portion)

1/2 cup oats 
1/3 ripe banana
2/3 cup plant milk
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax meal
cinnamon

add all ingredients to a high speed blender, mix for a couple of seconds, transfer to a bowl/box with lid and store in frigde for 1 hour or overnight. simple, quick and filling + it always turns out suuper creamyy! 🍌🍃

• TASTY GREEN OATS ———————————————————————-
Oats, 1/2 tsp spirulina, 1 tsp cocao,  sliced banana (optional - for sweetness), 1 scoop of your preferred protein (I use hemp), milk (I use @oatly plant milk). Tip 1 - if you don’t fancy the taste of spirulina add some nut butter (I use @meridianfoods crunchy almond) to the oats while cooking and stir well before serving 🙌🏼 Tip 2 - for extra goodness try adding some more greens, such as zucchini.

Oats, 1/2 tsp spirulina, 1 tsp cocao, sliced banana (optional - for sweetness), 1 scoop of your preferred protein (I use hemp), milk (I use @oatly plant milk). Tip 1 - if you don’t fancy the taste of spirulina add some nut butter (I use @meridianfoods crunchy almond) to the oats while cooking and stir well before serving 🙌🏼 Tip 2 - for extra goodness try adding some more greens, such as zucchini.

My (slightly burnt) raspberry & almond baked oats 😍 so delish 🥰🥰

Serves 2: mix together 80g oats, 30g ground almonds, 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 120ml unsweetened almond milk, 16g chia seeds. Grease an ovenproof dish using coconut oil on kitchen roll. Pour the mixture into the bowl, top with raspberries and bake at 180c for 15 minutes. Top with 2 tsp almond butter (I used @phynutbutter because it's the best) and bake for a further 5 minutes. Split with your favourite human (or save the other half for the next day) and enjoy! 😁 .
