How to make a super easy and quick, GF, baked #cheesecake with some 
leftover #quinoa: 🧀🍰🌽 30 gr Quinoa
70 gr Eggwhites
50 gr Low fat Greek yogurt
5 gr Cocoa powder+ water to top it
Sweeter (liquid/low kcal or sugar as well, itʼs up to ya!) Pre heat the oven at 160°. Cook quinoa as youʼd make porridge, adding your favorite sweetener.
Whip the eggwhites for about 2 minutes, then egg Greek yogurt. Whip for 3 
minutes total.
Put cooked quinoa in a small baking pan, better if a coppapasta, and level it.
Add the eggwhites and yogurt mix and bake for 30/35 minutes.
Once cooked, let the cheesecake cool for about 10 minutes before removing it 
from the pan.
Top it with some coco+water and leave it in fridge for at least one hour to cool 
some more.
Pop it out, take your fork and…ENJOY!

dolcificante che preferite.
Montante gli albumi con del dolcificante per circa due minuti, poi aggiungete lo

Versatevi sopra il mix di albumi e yogurt e cuocete per 30/35 minuti.

But there are times when being TOO mobile can be actually harmful. Cases where excessive mobility can lead the athlete to compensate with poor or bad posture during the lift, being unable to increase the amount of weight lifted.

These are the situations where you pause, you look at your body and #posture and try to see muscle #strength as the real key here; what - along with a good mobility program - should help the lifter to lift heavier but above all SAFER.

Scan your posture then, spot your weaknesses and plan your strength program according to them.

Quando hai giusto quei 2/3 macro che ti restano, quei 2/3 minuti ancora prima di fuggire in ufficio, ecco che @inventaricette e i suoi pancake proteici con soli 2 ingredienti corrono in mio aiuto!😂😜 Stavolta ne ho fatto uno unico, veloce e semplice, farcito con giusto 30 gr (un cucchiaino) di yogurt greco 0% e poco yummy drops cookies&cream della @prozisitalia

Today we’re going to talk bench technique with one of the strongest powerlifters alive Kelly Branton @great_white_north_juggernaut👍🏼 ... and yes SquatU is talking bench for the first time 🤯

To start, you want to set up on the bench and pull your shoulder blades together and down slightly (a movement called scapular retraction with depression). Kelly calls this motion “shoving your lats in your pocket.”🥊

Powerlifters will then often arch their back to decrease the total range of motion the bar has to travel. As you can see, the bar has to travel much further when Kelly flattens out his back against the bench.👍🏼

When we talk foot position, there are a number of different placements athletes will use. However, the wider your feet, generally the less chance you’ll have of the hips rising off the bench during the pressing phase. Regardless of what stance you take, make sure you’re pushing your feet out and away from you. Proper leg drive will help you transfer force through the torso and into the bar. If you push straight down, you’ll have a greater chance of your hips rising from the bench.❌

As you lift, make sure your wrist isn’t extended back excessively as that can lead to the bar rolling back into your fingers and killing your power production.📝
