Thought I'd prefer white chocolate but stumbled across these @grenadeofficial dark chocolate raspberry in @hollandandbarrett today so thought I'd try. So so so good! Not like a protein bar at all. Can't wait to try the new white chocolate salted peanut. Must hunt down.
Accountability pics. The last time I lost weight I regained and ended up deleting photos of my small self because they were upsetting. Putting these here to remind myself of how I want to stay. This body really does feel much better.
NSV. Picked this up without trying on at a sample sale because it was cheap last September. Thought it probably wouldn't fit, but underestimated just how wildly too small it would be. The back was wide open and actually thought it would never fit no matter what I did. Tried on after a month of Exante and thought I could almost get away with pretending it was backless and just not zip it because it has a shawl over the back 😂 so kept it. Today? It fits! Actually zips! Time to commit to maintenance instead of dieting?
NSV. Wouldn't have even tried these on in early November. They were from a previous diet and wouldn't have gone even close to fitting. Last month they squeezed on, but were really tight around the calves and very fitted everywhere else. Tried them yesterday and now they're loose! Time for refeeding and maintenance?
On diet break since Monday, with Monday to Wednesday being FULL of junk. At a course and then cleared out pantry by eating everything. Felt horrendous. Days after more moderate - mostly normal with some tasters! Weight this morning +0.4lbs versus last Monday. Feel bit puffy but don't look it as much. Very flexed 2nd photo to try to look like I have abs 😂 Now to decide on final goal and what maintenance aim should be 🤔
Break week. Plenty of junk eaten, no more cravings remain, feeling warmer and had great sleeps so think metabolism got a nice little boost! Veggie scramble for dinner because vitamins are also a good idea 😂
Was so so so tired yesterday and majorly struggled with wanting eat more more more. Bumped up calories a bit and felt guilty, but then it was like today gifted me with a reminder of why. Weighed in lower (one of those random dips, I'm sure) but also caught sight of myself in bathroom and realised I had changed noticeably in the past few weeks so looked at myself full length. It's like rescuing a body that was lost. The one I liked. It's all worth it.
No gain, actually a loss...but feel concerned about the how I was eating. Not sitting down eating like a normal person, instead picking from drawer of bars. Just watching binge eater on Shut-Ins on C4 and see too many similarities 🙀
Hungry/in the mood for nibbling today. The devil on my shoulder is saying it won't matter if I eat extra, it's no big deal, I deserve it. That devil is why I'm in this position now, dieting again. It can't win. Not today, Satan!
The two scales are pretty much in agreement today. I'm 4'10" so unfortunately numbers need to be lower than most normal people. Don't get as many calories either so it's great to see Exante work like this!
