My Air Fryer is one of the best purchase I've EVER made! I love making all the things with it! For asparagus, I drizzle a tad of olive oil, preheat the fryer to 390 and cook them for 5 minutes and they are perfection! Another benefit?! Not having to use the oven in this #arizona heat! Oh, did I mention the easy cleanup?⁣

✔Ingredientes:
600 ml de leite de coco 
5 colheres de sopa de adoçante xilitol 
5 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó
24 g de gelatina incolor, sem sabor (2 pacotinhos)

▫️MODO DE FAZER:
.
✔Em uma xícara coloque a gelatina incolor, adicione 1/2 xícara de água fervente, misture e reserve. No liquidificador coloque o leite de coco o adoçante o cacau em pó a gelatina incolor e bata por 4 minutos.
Coloque o pudim na forma de silicone( não precisa untar)e leve à geladeira por 3 horas. Desenforme o pudim e sirva, fica uma delicia 🍫🍮🍫

GF Pizza directions:
•@simplemills (GF) almond flour pizza crust prepared according to packing directions. Bake crust for 5 minutes on a pan lined with parchment paper drizzle with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil. Remove from the oven, spread @raoshomemade arrabiatta  sauce. Top with @organicvalley 2% mozz + fresh mozz/burrata, sautéed portabella mushrooms (sautee with onions and garlic on  for 3 min), sliced tomatoes. Return to oven, bake 15-17 minutes. Remove from and immediately add @organicgirl baby spinach so it wilts with the heat + fresh basil, pepper flakes and fresh @traderjoes goat parm! Enjoy 😘

Healthyfood details 👉🏻 Adding this to my blog asap also for reference. So I actually made 6 zucchini boats and had leftover meat. So what you need: 
3 zucchini 
1 lb ground beef 
1 onion 
3/4 cup your fav salsa 
Then either taco seasoning or I made my own: 1tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili powder. 
How to do it: 
heat a skillet over medium heat. 
Cut your zucchini in half and take a spoon to scoop out the middle. Put in a bowl for use later. 
Dice your onion and add to the skillet with a little oil to keep it from sticking. 
Reheat your oven to 400F. 
Sauté the onion for 3-4 mins then add in ground beef. I used organic beef (linking a discount code for free meat in my stories!) and sauté until brown. Then add spices and 3/4 cup salsa plus the leftover zucchini from the middle (cut it up). Sauté another 2-3 Minsk 
Then transfer your beef mixture to the zucchini boats. 
Spray a pan or oil it then add the zucchini. Bake for 20 mins. 
Enjoy! 😄 .

Lanchinho da tarde paleolítico. Porque não tive fome no almoço. Ingredientes: Frango grelhado na banha com açafrão, alho e manjericão. Abóbora cabotcha com alho e orégano. E uma salada de alface americana com limão, tudo temperado levemente com sal rosa integral.

Friday night fuel — in preparation for tomorrow’s 18 miles I’m eating all the carbs and protein tonight 💪🏼 I grilled a grass fed burger on my indoor grill and paired it with crispy cauliflower gnocchi, grilled asparagus and a handful of raspberries 😍👏🏼 I’ll definitely be eating more later on tonight but this is a good start 😉 Hope you all enjoy your Friday night and the weekend!

Should you make your own bone broth or buy? While it does take time, some trial and error, and it can be messy to clean up.. I would MUCH rather make my own and I'll explain why. First of all... this 1.5 gallon batch cost me about $0.83 cents per cup. PER CUP! Even the cheapest, poorest quality "bone broth" in stores cost around $2-3 per cup. For higher quality bone broths you are probably going to pay closer to $4-8 per cup. Secondly, YOU are in control of the quality and everything that goes into it. No deceptive labeling.. no wondering if they even used actual bones or just chicken stock and salt.. no worrying about how half of the brands out there don't bother to use organic.. the list goes on. These were 100% grass fed/finished beef bones, all organic beets, multi-colored carrots with leafy tops, yellow onion, turmeric, jalapeño, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and other seasonings simmered for just over 20 hours... all for $20... and the flavor combinations are as limited as your imagination. You also get to suck out the bone marrow afterwards and gnaw on the meaty roast beef parts and fat globules that stick to the bones. It's completely worth it so try it and I bet you'll love it and so will your gut👌

Healthyfood details 👉🏻 Adding this to my blog asap also for reference. So I actually made 6 zucchini boats and had leftover meat. So what you need: 
3 zucchini 
1 lb ground beef 
1 onion 
3/4 cup your fav salsa 
Then either taco seasoning or I made my own: 1tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili powder. 
How to do it: 
heat a skillet over medium heat. 
Cut your zucchini in half and take a spoon to scoop out the middle. Put in a bowl for use later. 
Dice your onion and add to the skillet with a little oil to keep it from sticking. 
Reheat your oven to 400F. 
Sauté the onion for 3-4 mins then add in ground beef. I used organic beef (linking a discount code for free meat in my stories!) and sauté until brown. Then add spices and 3/4 cup salsa plus the leftover zucchini from the middle (cut it up). Sauté another 2-3 Minsk 
Then transfer your beef mixture to the zucchini boats. 
Spray a pan or oil it then add the zucchini. Bake for 20 mins. 
Enjoy! 😄 .

PROCRASTINATION - oh, hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ Yeah, I hate you. 😭😂 I find that one of my biggest weaknesses is good ol’ procrastination. I’m sorry, but the last thing I want to do on my day off is get a bunch of errands done. But, I’ve been working on motivation & being more organized & I woke up with the mentality I was going to crush my busy day.... as I laid in bed scrolling for 45 minutes 🙃🤦‍♀️ but I’m up guys! Slowly but surely. Here’s to today!

I guess these babies are motivation too.. because a batch of them are DEF happening at some point today. Peanut butter crunch brownies. Easy. Addicting. & you all know my obsession for all things choc & Pb. This last time I used cashew butter & was obsessed. Either way, they’re heavenly.

I know, I know. I missed taco Tuesday. But I’m a firm believer that tacos can and/or should be eaten everyday for optimal health 🙃 brekkie tacos.. dessert tacos.. these bbq tempeh tacos.. because these were way too good & SO quick & easy. Also.. if they’re not a pile of gloppy mess, I don’t know if they’re technically tacos ;) but in all seriousness, you guys have to try these. I’ll be sharing my home made bbq sauce soon but you can always use anything you have on hand!

🌿 I just crumbled @lightlifefoods tempeh in a pan & cooked until crisp. Then added a couple tbsp of bbq sauce & sautéed a couple minutes longer. Spread on some @sietefoods cashew cheese on @foodforlifebaking sprouted tortillas, added onion, pepper, purple cabbage, garlic, avo & lime, @yellowbirdsauce hot sauce, microgreens & kale, & topped it with a @primalkitchenfoods avo mayo drizzle.

But I’m a firm believer that tacos can and/or should be eaten everyday for optimal health 🙃 brekkie tacos.. dessert tacos.. these bbq tempeh tacos.. because these were way too good & SO quick & easy. Also.. if they’re not a pile of gloppy mess, I don’t know if they’re technically tacos ;) but in all seriousness, you guys have to try these. I’ll be sharing my home made bbq sauce soon but you can always use anything you have on hand!

🌿 I just crumbled @lightlifefoods tempeh in a pan & cooked until crisp. Then added a couple tbsp of bbq sauce & sautéed a couple minutes longer. Spread on some @sietefoods cashew cheese on @foodforlifebaking sprouted tortillas, added onion, pepper, purple cabbage, garlic, avo & lime, @yellowbirdsauce hot sauce, microgreens & kale, & topped it with a @primalkitchenfoods avo mayo drizzle.

AKA being face deep in dessert everyday 🙃🤣 coming from a past with orthorexia, & completely, whole-heartily understanding the struggle, I love sharing healthy treats in hopes that people realize health does not equal deprivation. Too often I hear comments “Oh she eats healthy, enjoy shoving lettuce down your throat” Or “Yeah my diet only lasted a week. I need good, real food”. And I’m over here shoving home-made Nutella, tacos, & cheesecake down my throat. It’s all about them ingredients friends! We don’t have to give up foods we love, just learn how to make them a healthier option for your body by using nourishing, Whole Foods. Currently obsessing over these Nutella “Twix” bars. I wanted to get creative & stray away from the typical Twix bar & this is what happens when you have Nutella on the brain.
