To je pa taaak dobro da morem delit! Ne sam dobro, simple za pripravit in pa še zgleda fancy af! Definitivno je the thing za pripravit, ko dobiš nepričakovane goste - v cca 5min se spaca skupaj. ⌚

Če ti povem pa še macrote in kalorije za 4 take (ja, jagode so vštete) boš pa tak kr takoj spraznila cel @pajsbrezobresti (dej, pusti kak paket zame, bi še kdaj jedla!) 😝
.
Jaz sem sicer uporabila kombinacijo mleka in vode, je pa pol cela zmes + jagode me prišlo sam na 300 KCal! Za 4(!) take porcije! Čokoladnega! Pudinga!
.
Torej, 285ml mleka, vrečkica pudinga in 140g jagod = 30g OH, 14g M in 19g B!!
.
Prisežem, da je še boljše ko zgleda! Pa sem se kr potrudila s slikami! Naslednjič probam naredit pecivo s pomočjo tega pudinga, danes žal nisem imela sestavin dovolj, je pa nedelja..
+ priznam, da me je blo strah, da ne bo to, to, ker vseeno se gre za zadevo z manj OH in KCal..ampak me je presenetilo! 👌

Definitivno priporočam! Za razliko od Milke ima vsaj okus po čokoladi. 😅

Как правильно выбрать масло ддя жарки?
⠀
Нет безопасного масла для жарки, но можно выбрать наименее вредное для этого процесса. Прежде всего нужно выбирать для жарки те масла, у которых высокая точка дымления и не доводить до нее масло. У каждого масла она разная.
⠀
Самые лучшие масла для жарки
✔️Кокосовое. Содержит в себе минимум полиненасыщеных жирных кислот и по этому не из чего образовываться канцерагенам. Выдерживает температуру от 180С до 𝟯𝟱𝟬С.
✔️Масло гхи или топленое сливочное масло. Выдерживает температуру до 250*С. В составе так же минимум полиненасыщеных кислот, всего 3% по сравнению с подсолнечным, у которого 65%, которое к тому же легко довести до точки дымления.
✔️Гусиный жир. Всего 10% полиненасыщеных жиров.
✔️Оливковое масло довольно спорный продукт для жарки. С одной стороны имеет в составе мало полиненасыщенных кислот, а с другой стороны не высокую точку дымления. С ним нужно осторожно.
✔️ Масло виноградных косточек имеет сравнительно высокий порог - 216*С.
✔️Масло авокадо - 271*С.

Я использую гусиный топленый жир, кокосовое масло и на фото мое масло гхи собственного производства. Моя мечта попробовать масло авокадо для жарки

AIP egg rolls! Someone on the AIP Facebook group shared this: sautéed ground pork, coleslaw mix, red onion, seasoned to taste with Himalayan salt, coconut aminos, ginger, minced garlic, and parsley. After pork mixture is cooked, place desired amount of mixture on a @cocobynuco coconut wrap. Wrap tightly. Place in skillet of avocado oil. Lightly brown both sides and then place in preheated oven at 425 for 10 minutes. Dip in AIP #teriyaki sauce: coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, honey, molasses to taste and thickened with arrowroot flour. Chickens add a protective coating to the eggs called a “bloom” that seals the shell’s pores and protects bacteria from getting inside. Such an awesome design! My Grandma says she used to use sandpaper to gently rub off any “mess” (poop) from the shell before sending them to work with my Grandpa to sell to coworkers. If you didn’t, now you know! Happy Sunday!!

Bitters salads (not a typo) are the perfect digestive to end a big weekend. Dandelion greens promote kidney cleansing, and provide a rich source of vitamin K, vitamin A, folate, vitamin C, calcium and potassium. Bitters stimulate release of gastric acids and promote healthy digestion. Due to the digestive and raw nature of this salad I recommend using organic ingredients if possible, or, cleaning produce very well in 1 part white vinegar, 3 parts water to clean off any pesticide residue. 
Dandelion mint apple slaw with poppy seed dressing. 
Ing:
2 cups organic dandelion greens chopped
1 cup organic cabbage sliced thin
2 med organic Granny Smith apples sliced thin
1/2 cup organic mint chopped 
1 cup organic slivered almonds

Poppy seed dressing:
1/2 cup avocado oil
1 Tbs poppy seeds
2Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp mustard 
Salt
1/2 tsp coconut sugar
Mix in jar
