Daily average: 1,251 calories (1,364 with the 6 non-fasted days).
Not ONE overage day! 💪
I wanted to stick between 1,300 & 1,400. NAILED IT! (Almost perfectly, not counting Saturday's fast.)
As I've mentioned several times over the last 3 months, or so, my weightloss has been "stalling" a LOT, lately!
First it was fluctuating between 160-158 for a few weeks.
Then, I hit 155 a couple of weeks ago, the same week I did the first fast. I have been fluctuating between 157-155 since then...
I don't know if it's because I was slacking off more often, on my foods.. Too many "bad" foods, too many "overage days".
I don't know if it's just that time in my journey where my body is fighting tooth and nail to keep these last 10lbs.. I know they always say that once you're nearing the end, the weight is harder to lose.
I don't know if, maybe, none of that matters.. Maybe I AM losing fat, but not weight. Mayne I have such a small amount of fat to lose, compared to when I started, that the muscle I'm gaining is "stalling" the scale.
Shit, for all I know, it could be a combination of ALL of these things, and more!
All I know is that I am NOT giving up!
I did NOT come this far, to come THIS far!!!
All I know is that I will do everything in my power to regain control, and reach my goal!
On a lighter note... all of these "stalls" have made me realize that I should be able to maintain easier than anticipated!!! Bahahaha.
