I have been on my fair share of diets, restrictions, ‘obsessive’ behaviour/ relationship patterns over the years.
I have first hand experience in most diets too which I think is actually a benefit in clinic / working with clients in my position as a nutritional therapist.
Sure, there may be times when removing a certain food may potentially improve health biomarkers & overall benefit in addressing a short term symptom > root cause objective, with valid clinical results + science based research.
I am all for a unadulterated whole based approach with the occasional indulgence in something which brings adherence to a specific goal if desired / pleasure / improved social or mental relationship for the greater good.
Create a lifestyle which is for YOU and YOU only.
What works for me may not work for you so like with everyone else on social media / internet out there.
Take everything with a pinch of salt and listen to your intuition/ gut feeling.
Unfortunately, in our education in schools, there is no manual or instruction guide . We are NO longer taught how to cook, be actually social with one another , be one in our environment with nature, basic understanding of movement, importance of sleep and stress, learning how to disconnect, how to thrive in a over processed + toxic environment in our ecosystem, the significance of LIGHT etc etc. .
