Mine would be pumpkin & cauliflower, so if course I had to incorporate BOTH of them when making this super easy, luscious bowl as my post workout meal the other day 😜 and yes, it definitely hit the spot 👌🏼 Cauliflower is so neutral that you can basically add it to anything for extra volume and thickness, and there’s something magical about the flavour of pumpkin that warms your heart even when you’re eating it in frozen form 😇✨ Yum yum yum! ⁣

✅1/4 cup frozen steamed cauliflower ⁣

✅1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (or just cinnamon)⁣

1. Simply blend all the ingredients together in high-speed blender until smooth & thick.⁣

KETO CINNAMON CHOCOLATE CUPS

Low to no Sugar, plantbased Chocolate treats with a delicious creamy cinnamon center... I used Ceylon cinnamon as the key ingredient, it’s also known as "true" cinnamon.

Cinnamon to me naturally gives food a bit of sweetness, so ideal ingredient when you’re making a healthier chocolate treat.
____________________________________________
Cinnamon contains large amounts of highly potent polyphenol antioxidants.
____________________________________________
The antioxidants in cinnamon have anti-inflammatory effects, which may help lower your risk of disease.
____________________________________________
According to PubMed, it’s also known to reduce levels of total cholesterol, “bad” LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, whilst stabilising “good” HDL cholesterol.
____________________________________________
How I made the centerpiece: 8 x Balls
1/2 Cup ABC butter (Almond, Brazil, Cashew butter)
1 Teaspoon Yacon syrup
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 Cup pre-soaked tiger nuts (then liquid drained and blended into a nut butter)
Blend all and roll into balls.

My Raw vegan chocolate coating I also added some extra cinnamon spice.
Drizzle your chocolate coating onto your balls and freeze for two hours before you can enjoy.
Make sure you cover your balls when placed in the freezer.

Baked blueberry, pecan, banana and courgette oats for brekkie, yum yum 😋😍 To make, mix 1/2 a cup of oats, 1/2 a cup of plant milk, 1/2 courgette grated with the liquid squeezed out, 1 tbsp of flax seeds ground, 1 tsp of baking powder, half a tsp of cinnamon, handful of blueberries, a few chopped pecans and half a mashed banana then topped with blueberries, a handful of chopped pecans and half a sliced banana. Baked at 180 deg C for 30 mins

This Mexican mix is super easy to make and is so versatile! I threw this together and used it as a filling today for a toasted sandwich 🤤🌱💕🙌👌

Recipe - 
1. Throw all this in a pan and saute 👇
- oil, onion and garlic
- mushrooms
- capsicum/bell peppers
- carrot
- spinach
- whatever beans/legumes you have. I used a tin of black beans, chick peas and brown lentils
2. Add spices - use a mix of paprika, salt, cumin, chilli, garlic and onion powder (OR a nice, quick, easy way is to grab a taco spice mix from the supermarket and sprinkle that over!👌)
3. At 3/4 cup of water and let simmer and thicken
4. Top with grated vegan cheese!

My go-to green smoothie of the month! ⁣

200ml almond milk⁣
100ml fresh orange juice⁣
1 large handful spinach⁣
1 chunk of courgette⁣
2 brazil nuts⁣
1 frozen banana ⁣
1 tsp each chia and flax seeds⁣
1 scoop @rawsportofficial vanilla vegan protein ⁣
1 tbsp @pipandnut peanut butter⁣
⁣
Add the liquids, spinach and courgette to a blender and blitz until smooth (this step is important if you want a super smooth texture…no green bits to get stuck in your teeth!) Once smooth add all of the other ingredients and blitz again. You may want to add a little more water if it’s too thick. ⁣

Super quick buckwheat chocolate protein porridge.
This is very often my go to breakfast after intermittent fasting and morning workout on an empty stomach. 
Eating protein is important for building muscles even as we age. Muscle atrophy can be a real issue as we get older, so starting earlier, building up your muscle mass with weights and practicing some regular exercise and then maintaining those muscles with the right amount of protein is important. 
As I am starting with some weights  this morning, after almost 5 months break, I want my muscles to stick. 🙂 I am not a really muscular person and my definition is not great these days, but I am not planning to enter any body building competition, so, for me it’s all about feeling strong and energised 🙂.
I keep talking about buckwheat but I truly love this little seed. It is really nutritious, very versatile and it is that one food which does the opposite to bloat for me 🙂.

Rakastan maapähkinävoita, mutta käytän vaihtelun vuoksi eri siemeniä ja pähkinöitä. Meillä on kotona todella laajat varastot kaikenlaisia siemeniä, pähkinöitä ja muita ”smoothienpäällisiä”, joten olen tällä hetkellä pienessä ostolakossa niiden osalta ja yritän syömään varastoa pois. Sweet and sour baby carrots. These are really tasty. If you can’t source baby carrots, use regular carrots cut into thumb sized batons. simply pop them in a pan, add a clove of garlic, peeled but left whole, a couple of star anise, and 1-2 tablespoons each of maple syrup, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add water to the pan until the carrots are just covered then cook over a high heat until simmering. Reduce the heat and cook for 20 more minutes, by which time the carrots will be tender and most of the liquid absorbed.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

No oil "any veggies you have in the fridge" Patties... So I wanted to make something for dinner and came up with these delicious patties. Just grated some ZUCHINI,  CARROT, WHITE MUSHROOMS, ONION and added 2 FLAX EGGS (2tbsp ground flax+6 tbsp water) along with some OATS and FLOUR. Seasoned with SALT, DRY PARSLEY, ORIGANO and BLACK PEPPER. And you can add a tbsp of Sunflower seeds. Baked them at 220°C for 30 minutes. And VOILA!! You can eat them anyway you want... In a sandwich , a salad wrap or just like that. ENJOY😘😋😎

I’m still the same me I’ve always been: spunky, sweet, caring. I get along with most people & I don’t believe going vegan has changed that because I’m not judgmental of any of you. The only thing that’s changed is my awareness. I do not think I’m better than you because I am vegan. I ate animal products NOT THAT long ago. Yes I’ve become better informed and would rather spread awareness about the cruelty that takes place & the unfortunate destruction of our planet. 
I hope I can inform others with the crazy statistics about what’s wrong with animal agriculture & it’s environmental impact. I hope I can inspire others to eat better for their health & avoid animal products which are the ONLY foods that contain cholesterol. I am just trying to help & do my part because saying nothing when I know what’s going on is worse than annoying others. I try to be the best role model I can & express that it’s worth it & it’s a necessity for the survival of our planet. 
Please try to be open minded & understanding when it comes to plant based alternatives for the sake of our planet, our health, & the mass murder of innocent creatures. We’re all just on this planet trying to live our lives. Let’s keep this planet beautiful, keep ourselves healthy, & choose kindness towards our fellow living creatures. APPLE CINNAMON PROTEIN SLICES
1 apple (peeled and thinly sliced)
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp coconut sugar (or other unrefined sugar)
1 tsp @soluxe_protein unflavored protein + prebiotics
generous shake of cinnamon
light squeeze of lemon
splash of water (if too dry)

Heat up a pan with coconut oil. Sauté apple slices for 1-2 mins before adding other ingredients. Lightly squeeze a lemon for an added zesty flavor. Remove pan from heat. Build your toast, enjoy! 🤤
