Some people say I eat too much. How can I seriously eat such a big bowl of porridge with all of those toppings?

Some people say I don’t eat enough. My serving sizes are tiny! 
I don’t get angry or mad at them. Yeah, it sometimes gets me a bit down but not for long. 
It may be too much, it may be to little...FOR THEM.
No one else can know exactly how much food you or I need. Only we know, because our (healthy- if you are not healthy mentally or physically it can be difficult to listen to our bodies signals, so we may need advice from others about what we should eat. But if you feel like you want to eat more than others are saying, that’s OK and you should go for it!!)

Today's meals: same #lunch and #afternoonsnack as usual, #dinner was virtually the same as yesterday minus the hot green peppers and #nightsnack was golden syrup🍯 porridge🍶 with water, coconut peanut butter🥜, chopped apple🍎, a clementine🍊 and a milky green tea 🍵🍼 I did a workout this afternoon which was good. Feeling iffy this evening and the wi-fi is not working, so I can't watch my lecture until tomorrow. Otherwise I'd use my 4G to watch, but data aaah.

Rezept: 40 g Schoko - Porridge mit 50 g Cremefine light (spontan Lust und keine Milch mehr da gewesen... 🙈), Wasser nach Gefühl (ca 250 ml? 😇) und für mich noch mal n extra Löffelchrn Schoko - Süße, alternativ Backkakao. 😉Aufkochen, bissl einkochen.
Nebenher etwa 100 g Eiklar mit ner Prise Salz steif schlagen,  Schuss Karamellsirup light und etwas Guarkernmehl zugeben.
Porridge von der Platte nehmen, etwas abkühlen lassen. Dann den Fluff unterheben. 🤩 #gutenhunger

Cinnamon porridge with banana and berries! One of our favourite breakfast recipes from @bbcgoodfood used for over 5 years. It’s delicious, quick, easy and nutritious.

Ingredients (3 people)
100g of porridge oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon (extra for dusting)
1.5 to 2 ripe bananas sliced (I brake bananas down into smaller pieces - quicker)
2 tbsp maple syrup (we always adjust it depending how ripe bananas are)
450 ml skimmed milk
300g mixed berries
100g greek yoghurt
***(For babies from 1 to 2 years old replace skimmed milk with whole milk (150ml), use 25g of porridge oats and 1/2 of the banana for a single serving)

Instructions:
1. In a medium-sized saucepan, mix the oats, cinnamon, sugar, milk and half the sliced bananas. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Turn down the heat and cook for 4-5 mins, stirring all the time.
2. Remove and divide between 4 bowls, top with the remaining banana, strawberries, a dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Enjoy!

Pressé(e) le matin au petit déjeuner ?
Voici une recette rapide, saine et énergisante de PORRIDGE, idéale avant une longue journée ou une longue course.💪🏼😃

Ingrédients :

35g de flocons d’avoine 
7 c.s de lait demi-écrémé 
1 demi-poignée de mélange de fruits secs (raisins secs, physalis et baies de goji)
1 poignée de dattes
1 banane🍌
2 c.c de poudre chocolatée sans sucre
1 c.c de graines de sésame
.
1. Verser le lait et la poudre chocolatée dans un bol. Faire chauffer au micro-ondes quelques secondes pour faire fondre la poudre, puis mélanger.🥣
.
2. Ajouter les flocons d'avoine dans le bol, mélanger et placer au micro-ondes à puissance maximale pendant 1 à 2 minutes.
.
3. Pendant ce temps, couper la banane en rondelles et dénoyauter les dattes.
.
4. Lorsque le porridge est cuit (vous devez obtenir une texture épaisse), placer vos rondelles de banane et les reste des ingrédients sur le dessus.

“Porridge chocolatoso de Amaranto, avena y quinoa” 😋👌🏼💖 .

Aquí les dejo esta receta, una opción muy completa y muy rica, para comenzar las mañanas llenos de energías, una opción libre de lácteos y gluten.

👉🏼Ingredientes: ✔️1/2 taza de amaranto natural, ✔️1/3 d taza de quinoa ya cocida ✔️1. Taza y media de agua ✔️2 cucharadas soperas de avena en hojuelas
✔️2 claras de huevos (omite si no consumes huevo y usa chia o linaza) ✔️1 cucharada de cacao en polvo
✔️canela al gusto y endulza con miel o stevia. .

👉🏼Preparación: coloca el agua en una olla y calienta por unos minutos, después coloca la avena y amaranto, deja a fuego medio mientras se hidrata y agarra forma, no dejes de batir en ningún para evitar que se pegue, después coloca canela, cacao, tu tipo de endulzante y quinoa, revuelve bien y enseguida añade los huevos y bájale al fuego o retira la olla del fuego mientras se Integran los huevos, esto para evitar que se cosa el huevo al instante, lo que hace el huevo aparte de añadir más proteína a tu porridge es que ayuda a que se pegue y da mejor consistencia, (no tengan miedo al añadir el huevo) queda muy rico! 😋

Aquí les dejo esta receta, una opción muy completa y muy rica, para comenzar las mañanas llenos de energías, una opción libre de lácteos y gluten.

👉🏼Ingredientes: ✔️1/2 taza de amaranto natural, ✔️1/3 d taza de quinoa ya cocida ✔️1. Taza y media de agua ✔️2 cucharadas soperas de avena en hojuelas

U DILEMI STE ŠTO SUTRA DORUČKOVATI, nešto što će smanjiti osjećaj gladi i potaknuti intestinalni prijenos? Kaša je savršen izbor ! Zob, koji je pogodan za sve zahvaljujući vlaknima i niskom glikemijskom indeksu. Recept je jednostavan: stavite zob u jednu zdjelicu i prekrijte vodom i ostavite da stoji jedan sat (idelano je to napraviti večer prije). Kad je natopljeno, stavite u lonac, dodajte mlijeko i malo soli i kuhajte 4-5 minuta miješajući. Nakon što zob upije sve mlijeko prebacite kašu u zdjelicu. 
Za još bolji okus dodajte svježe voće kao na primjer šumsko voće i jagode. Ako želite malo slađe nemojte koristiti šećer nego žličicu meda.

I LOVE berries, however I never made a conscious effort to include them in my diet until I read how not to die. According to Dr Greger berries offer potential protection for your immune system, liver, brain and heart. Moreover the most intensely pigmented foods tend to have the biggest impact in our overall health, need I say more. Go eat some berries! 
Ingredients: 
2 frozen bananas 
1/2 cup frozen blueberries and strawberries 
1 tablespoon ground flax seed 
1 tablespoon maca powder 
1/2 cup almond milk 
Optional: sweetener. 
Serve with: chia seeds, coconut flakes, quinoa puffs, almonds, cacao nibs.
