Another 20 min throw together of veggies with black pepper nuts and beans, fresh fruit and felafel with hummus and more veg. Got given some protein bars as a bday pressie so they should keep me away from the creme eggs* -

THUR: 6pm Circuits @tsandlc (chipper style workout to get through as much as you can in the time caps.
FRI: 6pm ride @venningride for a 1 hr special- red zone galore for some challenging 1:1 work/rest efforts. -
Then next week I’m back to normal with some added taster sessions.. there’s never been a better time to start working out!!

After my first gain on the scales this week in a long time, combined with my lunch consisting of a Graze bar, some rice cakes and peanut butter with a coffee I realise I needed to get a handle on my food again. It can be SO easy to slip back into bad habits in this fast paced ‘grab and go’ culture. I’ve been so hauled up in work and being a full time mummy recently I’ve forgotten to take proper care of myself and I’ve found myself so stressed all the time trying to fit everything in! So this evening I decided to abandon workout and get my food prep back in full swing! Followed up with a bit of self care 🛁 and an early night 😴
