So this evening I decided to abandon workout and get my food prep back in full swing! Followed up with a bit of self care 🛁 and an early night 😴

I see a lot of posts about certain companies that many claim is " the best", but how do you know till you try them? There are SOO MANY great suppliment companies out there including: @5percentnutrition @redcon1 @musclegelz. And without a doubt the best chalk in the game @abominablegrip. Essential oil infused chalk too wake that ass up when your laggin. Find another chalk too amp you up.? Dont think so. Check out my man @ty_mihna  owener of abominable clothing and grip.
