Normally I’d save a pancake recipe for a weekend post, but considering you can make these Banana Protein Pancakes with just 5 ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen and since they only take about 5 minutes to make, they seem totally appropriate for your weekday breakfasts! Here’s how to make them:

B A N A N A🥞P R O T E I N🥞P A N C A K E S
1/2 banana, mashed
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use @primalkitchenfoods vanilla collagen fuel)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
To serve: you can top with almond butter, berries, and/or dip into a small dish of maple syrup (always dip instead of pouring, you’ll use half as much!)

1. Whisk egg in a bowl (or in a glass measuring cup for easy pouring of batter into the pan)
2. Add to the mashed banana, protein powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. (The batter will look a little weird and won’t be entirely smooth, don’t worry)
3. Spray a pan with coconut oil spray or heat some grass-fed butter over medium heat.
4. Pour batter into pan (it will make 3 pancakes) and flip when ready, about 3 minutes, or when you see the batter start to bubble. Cook for another couple minutes on the other side.
5. Top with your desired toppings. Enjoy - these will make your weekday morning feel like a special Saturday!

Para una porción (como 4-5 panquequitas):
🥕 1/2 taza de avena
🥕 2oz de Zanahoria
🥕 1/3 taza de leche de Almendra sin azúcar
🥕 1 clara de huevo
🥕 1 cucharadita de semillas de linaza (flax seeds)
🥕 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
🥕 Sal, Stevia, y Canela al gusto

Se licua todo junto, se hacen en un sartén y listo!! 😉💛

1/2 cup canned black beans rinsed and drained
2 teaspoons minced jalapeno remove seeds and ribs if you prefer less heat
2 teaspoons minced cilantro
2 tablespoons light sour cream
1/4 cup prepared guacamole for serving
1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions
Preheat the broiler. Place the pepper halves on a baking sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the peppers.
Divide the beans evenly among the pepper halves, then sprinkle on the cheese.
Broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Remove from oven. Drizzle the sour cream over the tops of the peppers. You can thin out your sour cream with 1/2 teaspoon of water if it's too thick to drizzle.
Sprinkle the cilantro and jalapeno over the tops of the peppers.
Serve immediately, with guacamole for dipping.

Even homemade tortilla chips 😍 That are EASY PEASY to make 👏🏼 and naturally lower in salt and fat!

MINCE
- 250g lean beef mince
- half a tin of kidney beans
- 1 red pepper sliced
- half a tin of sweet corn
- your chosen Mexican seasoning
(Brown of the mince in a frying pan, then add the rest of the ingredients and reduce to a low heat until Cooked throughout)
.
SALSA
- 100g chopped cherry tomato’s
- half a red onion finely diced
(Mix together in a bowl with a tiny drop of olive oil)
.
TORTILLAS
- 3 mini tortillas cut into triangles
(Place on a baking tray and spray lightly with fry light- bake for 5-10 mins until slightly crisp)
.
SIDES
- I bought reduced fat guacamole (but you could make your own from smashed avocado, lime and tomato) - and low fat sour cream (could be substituted for Greek yoghurt and chive)
.
Serve with lime and a sprinkle of cheese 🧀 .
This plate was tracked at 635 calories,47g protein, 22g fat and 62g Carbs 👏🏼👏🏼

Thanks to @natacha.oceane I can eat my chocolate for breakfast ❤ It comes from her amazing receipe bundle which I bought together with my workout programme. Love it so much! 
It looks unhealthy but it's not :) It consists of egg whites, oats, protein powder and milk (I use water instead). When I crave chocolate I use chocolate protein powder and some cacao, for plain pancakes I use vanilla flavour. 
Topped with banana, peanut butter and some home made chocolate sauce.

Decided to go savory with @pamcakespancakes for lunch 🍴:

Healthy protein pancake recipe 💪🏼(low fat). I was craving pancakes after gym so I decided to make a high protein version of them. They were super delicious so you might wanna favorite this post and I highly recommend making these yourself.
•
These are the EXACT ingredients that I used:
1️⃣ 2/3 cup Bisquick pancake mix
2️⃣ 1 scoop caramel macchiato ProJYM protein powder (you can use vanilla as well)
3️⃣ 1 whole egg
4️⃣ 150ml low fat milk

The mix was enough to make 2 large pancakes. So this is the nutrition information for the whole recipe. For a single pancake, simply divide the numbers below by 2. Here it is:
•
Calories: 572 kcal
Carbs: 65g
Protein: 41g
Fats: 15g
•
This is a great option for a post workout meal because it has fast digesting carbohydrates which you absolutely need after any kind of intense weight training regardless of your goal.
•
The muscle glycogen stores get depleted during exercise so it's important to replenish them for faster recovery.
•
You guys will love this. I inhaled this in literally 5 minutes 🤤.

Healthy protein pancake recipe 💪🏼(low fat). I was craving pancakes after gym so I decided to make a high protein version of them. They were super delicious so you might wanna favorite this post and I highly recommend making these yourself.

These are the EXACT ingredients that I used:
1️⃣ 2/3 cup Bisquick pancake mix
2️⃣ 1 scoop caramel macchiato ProJYM protein powder (you can use vanilla as well)
3️⃣ 1 whole egg
4️⃣ 150ml low fat milk

The mix was enough to make 2 large pancakes. So this is the nutrition information for the whole recipe. For a single pancake, simply divide the numbers below by 2. Here it is:

Calories: 572 kcal
Carbs: 65g
Protein: 41g
Fats: 15g

This is a great option for a post workout meal because it has fast digesting carbohydrates which you absolutely need after any kind of intense weight training regardless of your goal.

The muscle glycogen stores get depleted during exercise so it's important to replenish them for faster recovery.

You guys will love this. I inhaled this in literally 5 minutes 🤤.
