Ikan tongkol (skipjack tuna) and seledri (celery) is really a gooooood idea for us.

Kalau kamu follow dokter @zaidulakbar kamu akan banyak belajar tentang konsep makanan menjadi obat. Makanan tidak hanya memenuhi selera rasa, tapi menjadi sumber nutrisi bahkan obat bagi tubuh.
.
Dan untuk keluarga mamak harus banyak ide utk menyediakan makanan sehat juga nikmat. Anakku yg pertama ngeliat makanan ini dia bilang gak mau makan, akhirnya dicolek juga. Terus bisik2, "bunda aku boleh nambah ya?". Abis itu bisik2 lagi, "bunda boleh aku abisin kan?" 😂

Manfaat seledri banyak bangett, batangnya ikut masuk juga. Ditambah ikan tongkol yang gurih. Dimasak dengan sedikit minyak kelapa, bawang merah, nasi hitam, dan nasi putih. Semoga bisa jadi perpisahan dengan candu nasi putih selama ini yaa. Aku makan dengan seledri yang mentah juga, segarr.

First time trying @lordofthefries1 and I also picked up an iced hot chocolate with soy from @starbucks - I always feel so silly asking for a cold hot chocolate, but if I ask for an iced chocolate they always look at me funny when I say no to cream and ice-cream. 🤷🏻‍♀️ What should I get next time? ———

Ленивые хачапури

Сделала ленивые хачапури по очень быстрому рецепту. Получилось 2 штуки, я только успела попробовать, разлетелись очень быстро. Так что советую увеличивать порцию в два-три раза.

I love a happy accident.  I was messing around in the kitchen last week and was craving something bready - long story short, my original idea didn't work.  BUT, the end results wasn't a disaster. In fact it was a baking miracle (is that too dramatic because I feel dramatic over these things).😍⠀

I know there are a ton of grain free breads out there, but I just haven't found one yet with ingredients that fit with the way I'm eating right now.  SO, I bake my own. ⠀

These bacon cheddar sandwich biscuits don't require ANY more ingredients to feel like a sandwich (you could add mayo if you want but you totally don't need to). They are filled with cheddar cheese and bacon.  They are SUPER filling, so if you eat the entire "biscuit" (roll?) you're set for a meal (I'd personally add a veggie on the side). You could also split them in half and dip it into your soup or pair it with your fave salad.⠀

This Chicken saltimbocca recipe is a delicious dish that your family will love, especially if they are chicken and prosciutto fans!

#Ingredients

4 x 125g chicken breast fillets
4 prosciutto slices
12 sage leaves
1 tbs olive oil
40g unsalted butter
150ml Marsala
100ml Massel chicken style liquid stock
1 tbs lemon juice
200g green beans, trimmed, shredded
2 tbs toasted slivered almonds

#Instructions

Step 1
Flatten each chicken fillet with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of baking paper to an even thickness. Season, then place a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf on top of each and secure with a toothpick.

Step 2
Heat oil and 20g butter in a frypan over medium heat and cook chicken, prosciutto-side down, for 5 minutes or until the prosciutto starts to crisp. Turn chicken, add remaining 8 sage leaves to the pan, then cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from pan, loosely cover with foil and set aside to rest.

Step 3
Return pan to the heat, add the Marsala, stock and lemon juice, and cook for 2-3 minutes until reduced and syrupy.

Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the beans in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain, return to the pan with the almonds and remaining 20g butter, then season and toss to combine.

Step 5
Serve chicken with sauce and beans.

ПОСТНЫЙ ШОКОЛАДНЫЙ КЕКС С ГРУШАМИ И ГРЕЦКИМИ ОРЕХАМИ

Груши небольшие 3 шт (твёрдые ‼️)
Мука 200 г
Сода 1 ч.л
Сахар 80 г
Грецкие орехи 70 г
Масло растительное 30 мл
Какао 25-30 г
Корица 1 ч.л
Уксус яблочный 1 ч.л
Соль на кончике ложки
Вода ледяная 240 мл

Сироп:
Вода 700 мл
Сок 1/2 лимона
Мёд/сироп 70 мл
Пряности (у меня натёртый мускатный орех)

Просеиваем муку, какао, соду и корицу в глубокую миску. Добавляем соль и сахар. Тщательно перемешиваем венчиком.
Добавляем уксус, растительное масло и очень холодную воду. Вымешиваем тесто до состояния густой сметаны.

Готовим сироп для груш. Вода, мёд/сироп топинамбура, сок лимона и мускат. Ставим греться.
В это время груши обязательно твёрдых сортов ‼️ (мягкие могут превратиться в кашу) чистим на 2/3 снизу от кожицы, срезаем для устойчивости донышко, опускаем в сироп, варим 2-3 минуты.
Убираем лишнюю влагу бумажными полотенцами, помещаем в тесто на расстоянии друг от друга. Веточки заматываем фольгой, чтобы не горели.
Удобно печь в высокой форме для кекса, на бумаге для выпечки (чтобы удобно потом достать готовый кекс из формы)

Выпекаем 40-50 минут при 180-200 градусах.
Посыпаем слегка остывший кекс сахарной пудрой.

200 g kwetiau basah
1 butir telur 
1 sdm kecap ikan 
Minyak untuk menumis

Bahan kuah siram: 
150 g daging, potong kotak
100 g babat rebus, diiris tipis 
100 g urat rebus, potong
50 g caisim, potong
50 g kecambah
300 ml kaldu 
3 siung bawang putih
2 sdm kecap ikan 
Garam sesuai selera
Lada sesuai selera
Larutan tepung pati jagung (3 sdm tepung pati jagung + Air)
Minyak untuk menumis .
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Rebus kwetiau sebentar, tiriskan lalu sisihkan.
2. Panaskan sedikit minyak pada wajan, masukkan telur lalu hancurkan kasar.
3. Campur kwetiau ke dalam telur, tambahkan kecap asin, aduk rata lalu sisihkan.
4. Pada wajan lain, panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih, daging sapi, urat sapi, dan babat sapi. Aduk hingga harum.
5. Tambahkan sawi, tauge, dan air kaldu, aduk lagi hingga tercampur rata.
6. Bumbui dengan garam, lada, dan kecap asin. Beri gula bila mau. Aduk rata. 
7. Berikan larutan tepung pati jagung sedikit demi sedikit hingga mencapai kekentalan yang diinginkan.
8. Siram isian ke atas kwetiau tadi. Sajikan.

BAHAN:
200 g kwetiau basah
1 butir telur
1 sdm kecap ikan
Minyak untuk menumis
.
Bahan kuah siram:
150 g daging, potong kotak
100 g babat rebus, diiris tipis
100 g urat rebus, potong
50 g caisim, potong
50 g kecambah
300 ml kaldu
3 siung bawang putih
2 sdm kecap ikan
Garam sesuai selera
Lada sesuai selera
Larutan tepung pati jagung (3 sdm tepung pati jagung + Air)
Minyak untuk menumis .
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Rebus kwetiau sebentar, tiriskan lalu sisihkan.
2. Panaskan sedikit minyak pada wajan, masukkan telur lalu hancurkan kasar.
3. Campur kwetiau ke dalam telur, tambahkan kecap asin, aduk rata lalu sisihkan.
4. Pada wajan lain, panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih, daging sapi, urat sapi, dan babat sapi. Aduk hingga harum.
5. Tambahkan sawi, tauge, dan air kaldu, aduk lagi hingga tercampur rata.
6. Bumbui dengan garam, lada, dan kecap asin. Beri gula bila mau. Aduk rata.
7. Berikan larutan tepung pati jagung sedikit demi sedikit hingga mencapai kekentalan yang diinginkan.
8. Siram isian ke atas kwetiau tadi. Sajikan.

Cara Membuat :

1. Merinate daging dg bumbu halus+garam, semalaman di chiller

Air
100 g daging sapi
100 daging kornet
3 buah sosis, iris
100 g kimchi
½ siung bawang bombai
2 buah wortel
50 g jamur enoki
200 g tahu sutra
50 g rice cake (tteok)
2 btg daun bawang

Bahan saus:
1 sdm gochujang
3 sdm bubuk cabai
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm kecap ikan
1 sdm kecap asin
2 siung bawang putih
.
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Saus: Siapkan mangkuk. Campurkan gochujang, bubuk cabai, merica putih bubuk, gula pasir, minyak wijen, kecap ikan, kecap asin, dan bawang putih cincang, aduk rata. Diamkan minimal 30 menit sebelum digunakan.
2. Siapkan wajan anti lengket. Tata di pinggir pan: daging sapi, daging kornet, sosis, kimchi, bawang bombai, wortel, jamur enoki, tahu sutra, dan rice cake.
3. Taruh bahan saus di tengah wajan. Tambahkan air. Masak hingga mendidih dan bahan lain setengah matang.
4. Masukkan mie instan beserta bumbunya. Teruskan memasak hingga mi matang.
5. Jika mie sudah matang, tambahkan irisan daun bawang. Aduk rata semua bahan dan bumbu. Sajikan hangat.

Preparamos unos mini lemon pie en molde de muffins
Receta!! 🍋🍋 Para la masa 🍋🍋
🥄125 gr manteca 🥄250 gr harina 0000
🥄1 huevo 🥄200 azúcar 🍋Precalentar el horno a 180°C 🍋 mezclar todos los ingredientes con un cornet.. estirar la masa.
Para forrar el molde utilicé un cortante circular y despues corté tiras.. Enmantecar los moldes. Colocar la masa,llevar a  la heladera por 15 minutos y cocinar hasta dorar los bordes. Enfriar.
🍋🍋Relleno🍋🍋
🥄4 yemas 🥄1 huevo 🥄150 gr azúcar 🥄Ralladura de 1 limon
🥄Jugo de 2 limones
🥄200cc agua
🥄20gr de maicena
🥄25gr de manteca (va a lo ultimo).
Mezclamos todos los ingredientes en una olla y llevar al fuego, cuando se espese retiramos del fuego y agregar la manteca.. Enfriar y luego rellenar los moldes.
🍋🍋Merengue Suizo🍋🍋
🥄100gr de claras
🥄200gr de azúcar 🥄5gr de maicena (opcional)
Colocar las claras y azúcar en un bowl y llevar a baño maria, mezclar hasta que no se sienta el azúcar. Sacar del fuego y llevar a la batidora (acá le agrego maicena) y batimos hasta lograr la consistencia deseada... Ingredienti
500g di patate lesse
50g di burro fuso
1/2 cucchiaio di sale
100g di farina
200g di mozzarella
50g di spianata piccante

Schiacciare le patate ed aggiungere il burro, il sale, la farina ed amalgamare il tutto. Quando il composto sarà pronto, dividere l'impasto in 2 parti e formare un primo strato in una teglia precedente unta. Mettervi quindi sopra la mozzarella tagliata a pezzi e successivamente la spianata. Ricoprire quindi con il restante impasto. 西式培根蛋炒飯

簡易食譜
材料(4人份)
培根3片、火腿片3~4片、洋蔥半顆 
蒜頭2~3瓣、蛋4~6顆、蘑菇1~2顆
高麗菜1/2個、飯適量、鹽少許 
黑胡椒少許、無鹽奶油50g

步驟
1.培根、火腿、洋蔥、蘑菇、高麗菜切丁,蒜頭切末,蛋打成蛋液並用少許白酒調味備用
2.熱鍋,中火,下培根炒直到出油
3.下洋蔥炒至呈透明狀後下蒜末炒至有蒜香
4.倒入蛋液拌炒約6分熟時下蘑菇及高麗菜、火腿
5.炒至高麗菜油亮呈為透明狀後,倒入飯翻炒,鍋鏟以壓的方式分散飯粒,用隔夜飯的話可加1~2湯匙的水幫助散開
6.調味,加入適量的黑胡椒及鹽,可依個人喜好加入巴西里
7.轉小火,加入奶油拌勻後即可盛盤

1/2 teaspoon sage

1 tablespoon tamari
1 green chilli, deseeded and diced
A small handful of basil leaves, finely chopped
.
D)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 brown onion, peeled and diced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
200 grams cherry tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary 
A small handful of basil leaves, finely chopped
A small handful of parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup vegetable broth
A few dashes of pepper .
Method
.
Mix B) and transfer to oven 200 C for 30 minutes.
.
Mash C) together well.
.
For D), heat oil and cook onion and garlic along with C). When the tofu starts to brown a little, add the rest of the ingredients from D). Cook until tomatoes are soft. Remove from heat. Stir in A) and B).
.
So yummy and you don’t feel heavy in the tummy afterwards. The grounded sage in the tofu gives it a lovely flavour.

Mash C) together well.

For D), heat oil and cook onion and garlic along with C). When the tofu starts to brown a little, add the rest of the ingredients from D). Cook until tomatoes are soft. Remove from heat. Stir in A) and B).

So yummy and you don’t feel heavy in the tummy afterwards. The grounded sage in the tofu gives it a lovely flavour.
