If you’ve been watching my story lately, you might know that I’m currently obsessed with veggie mash AKA pureed vegetables AKA baby food 👶🤷♀️
Here’s how I do it: steam up plenty of greens (spinach, silverbeet or chard) with some broccoli and a carrot or two, allow to cool and blend with 1/2 tsp ghee, salt and pepper. Keep in the fridge for an easy addition or base to lunches and dinners! So good cold, too, so it’s perfect for your #tupplunch . In this bowl: crispy chickpea tempeh, roast potatoes, sauerkraut and pepitas. So dang gooooood.
