What’s for dinner ladies? 🍔🍗🍟 After being diagnosed COELIAC during the week and finding out I need to go completely Gluten Free for LIFE... 😰
I have been eating allllllll the gluten I can get my hands on (I’ve given myself until Monday to start my new diet). I wrote a huge list of alllllll delicious and totally unhealthy foods and I have until Sunday night to cross off as many as I can as I will never be able to eat these foods again (I know there is a lot of gluten free options but not everything is the same). Since Thursday I have been eating pastries, sweets, jatz, cheese, chips, ice cream, cheesecake, chocolate, burgers and soooo much white bread!
I am soooo bloated and feel blehhhh. 🤮
I know my body hates these foods, I don’t normally eat much bread or pasta as know it makes me feel awful although knowing I have a lot of things I want just one last time has my mind is in over drive!
I am nervous but excited to start my new journey. I’m looking forward to seeing how my body reacts to being completely gluten-free.
I cannot wait to get my health back on track and feel good again!
