Happiness blooms from within 🌸🌷
Something just wasn’t clicking right with me the last few days. I felt stuck. Needless to say, I just felt off. It was funny because I hadn’t really changed anything. I still worked out, I still scrolled on social media, I still met up with friends etc. Then it hit me. Nothing 🄲🄷🄰🄽🄶🄴🄳! .
It seems kind of silly now that I’m writing it but I think sometimes we get so comfortable in a place that we forget to push ourselves and often times, at least for me, that’s when I begin to feel stuck.
Last night I turned off all my notifications. When I woke up, I immediately went and did my three steps and read some personal development. One thing I’ve had to learn time and time again is that you cannot help others before helping yourself – hence why I turned off my notifications. The text messages, emails, snaps of someone’s food can all wait until I’ve poured into myself. So make sure you take some time for you and you alone, and if that means waking up an hour early or turning down going out one night, then so be it. Happiness blooms from within. Not from without.
