After a lot of preparation, we are all set up for tomorrows 14 station knee and shoulder arthroscopy lab! 
We are excited to be able to host this event, giving us the opportunity to utilize space in 2 out of our 3 labs to accommodate 14 stations.

This is how an incline lateral raise should be executed, period. Incorporating some intra stretch just to tear more fibers in the delt... a real pain in the ass, but totaly worth it! 💪

❓Did you know that a lack of BIG TOE EXTENSION can throw off your gait, negatively affect your speed/power and prevent you from hitting depth in the squat?

👣Simply put, if you’re neglecting your big toe, you’re leaving a LOT of mobility (and athletic performance) on the table.

So next time you perform your ankle mobility drills, TRY THIS:

PRO TIP: Elevate your big toe on a 45lb bumper plate or step/platform (as shown in the video). Doing this creates tension across the bottom of your foot & gives you a MUCH deeper stretch at the ankle (plantar fascia and achilles). This minor technique adjustment is a MAJOR game-changer when it comes to ankle mobility!
