I split upper body training in two daily sessions. Have just finished the second.. Training is about consistency and dedication, anyone can jab some juice in them and don’t get me wrong I gladly advise people on all that also, but the knowledge, the depth the hard work, lito blood, sweat injuries and tears 😭 it’s what makes you part of a small minority. I love my training every aspect being lean, getting cut and ripped is hard as hell and I find it easier when I am doing it fighting training and cardio with a tween is science, trial and error and lots of guesswork sometimes. But it’s also about keeping it fun and staying on point! Boom 💥 happy lifting and hitting!

2nd week after a 30 day break from training has just started. I'm gonna spend 6 more weeks on a calorie surplus just to gain some lost muscle and strength gains that's normal to ocure during a non-lifting period.
Another goal during these 6 weeks is to figure the precise calories and macros my body needs so I can start the next and my 3rd transformation which this time will take place in @transformohucom (transform yourself) gym. Heheh 💁‍♂️.

I could start the cut immediately right tomorrow but chances are I could fail.  As you can see, in order to figure some small shit out it takes weeks, but it's all part of the process, and patience is the key.
